Anthem Vanishing Act Puzzle Guide

This puzzle can be tricky if you don’t know what you are doing. For this one you will have to match the symbols on the rings. The center ring has the symbol you need to match. So you need to match the symbol in the center with the same symbol on the second ring, third ring, and fourth ring. Let’s say the center symbol is a cross. Now you need to press the button when the second circle cross and the first circle cross meet up. It is slightly delayed, so you might have to press it slightly before they meet up. Do it for the other symbols as well and it will complete. You will eventually be attacked as well and hopefully your team watches your back when doing the puzzle. From my experience once you figure out the first puzzle they will let you do the rest.

Stuck crafting common and uncommon blueprints but need stronger weapons and better gear? This guide will tell you How To Craft Better Weapons & Items In Anthem as initially, the crafting system is very limited and doesn’t allow you to craft anything better than what you find in Bastion.

Crafting is not immediately available at the start of Anthem. You need to progress a few levels, unlock your first Javelin and move through with the story. Once you have unlocked crafting you are given some basic blueprints to use so that you can craft the lowest level gear for your Javelin, but you’ll need much more than that.

How To Craft Better Weapons & Items In Anthem

In order to craft better weapons and items, you need to unlock blueprints. When you go to your crafting menu, weapons for example, you will see the blueprints for any weapons you can craft. You will also see the rarity, which is directly tied to the weapons power.

You can only craft common weapons to begin with. If you want to unlock the ability to craft uncommon items, you will first need to get the right crafting materials. Once you have the correct amount of Rare Embers and higher, you will need to unlock the blueprints.

To craft better weapons, you need to increase your reputation with Arcanists. At level 1 rep with the Arcanists you will unlock blueprints for each weapon type with the uncommon rarity. Level 2, you unlock rare, and so forth.

Blueprints allow you to craft better weapons and gear for your Javelin, but where do you get them? This guide will tell you How To Unlock Blueprints In Anthem so you can craft items of all varieties including Uncommon, Rare and more.

After a short journey into the main story of Anthem you will unlock the ability to craft items. Once you have all the crafting materials you need, you can craft the desired item in the Forge. However, as well as Crafting Materials you also require blueprints before you are able to craft any items.

How To Unlock Blueprints In Anthem

At the beginning of the game, you have access to some very basic blueprints. However, these are of common rarity so they are very weak compared to the items you will find when exploring the world. As you increase in Javelin level, you will need to craft much better gear using rarer blueprints.

There are some Strongholds and special events that have a small chance of rewarding blueprints but for the most part, you will want rarer blueprints that allow you to craft better gear so you can complete more difficult content. The best way to unlock new blueprints in Anthem is Reputation.

Our Reputation Guide tells you everything you need to know about how Reputation works. Each of the three different factions offer different items. Freelancer Reputation provides you with access to better ammo gears, Arcanist Reputation gives better weapon blueprints and Sentinel Reputation provides access to better abilities.

There are 3 different factions in Anthem, each offering different rewards for increasing their reputation. This Anthem Reputation & Rewards Guide will tell you everything you need to know about increasing your reputation and the variety of rewards you receive.

Each player can increase reputation with any of the three factions, Freelancers, Arcanists and Sentinels. Reputation is earned through completing missions and contracts for each faction, performing certain activities and collecting certain treasure chests and nodes. If you want more information on increasing reputation check out our Freelancer Reputation, Sentinel Reputation and Arcanist Reputation guides.

Each faction begins at level 0. As you earn more reputation with each faction, you can increase its level up to level 3. Each time you advance a level with a faction, you receive some rewards. These rewards include Blueprints. Currently, this is the only way to unlock large amounts of blueprints that let you increase the quality of equipment you can craft.

When you reach Reputation level 1 with a faction, you will unlock the Uncommon Blueprint variations for that faction. At level 2, you unlock rare blueprints, etc. This is how you unlock the ability to craft more items.

  • Arcanist Reputation rewards give you access to better gun blueprints and the Arcanist Store.
  • Freelancer Reputation rewards gives you access to ammo and Javelin Components
  • Sentinels Reputation rewards gives access to better gear blueprints

Sick and tired of the beat-up look of your Javelin in Anthem? This guide will tell you How To Clean Your Armor In Anthem as the initial options available make any Javelin, regardless of class, look beaten up, old and ready for the scrap heap.

Cleaning your armor is actually a variety of skin effects that you can put on to any Javelin. Head to your Forge and go to the Appearance tab. From here you can change your Torso, Arms and Legs, as well as changing colors and paint, and adding or removing Vinyls.

Where To Find Treasure Chests In Anthem

To clean your armor you need to go to the Wear State option in the Appearance tab. At the beginning of your journey with your Javelin, you will only have access to Old and Dirty. However, you can unlock Standard and Clean, the latter of which makes your armor look shiny and new.

In order to unlock the Clean option you need to farm some Reputation. You need to reach Freelancer Reputation Level 2 in order to unlock the Clean option in the Wear State menu. That’s How To Clean Your Armor In Anthem.

]]> How To Complete All Tomb Trial Challenges In Anthem
The Legionnaires Challenges is a mission in Anthem that requires you complete Challenges for Tomb Trials. This How To Complete All Tomb Trial Challenges In Anthem will explain each of the individual challenges, such as Multi-Kill and Combo-Triggers, as well as all other challenges so you can complete the mission.

Our Legionnaires Challenges Guide lists all of the different Challenges for each Tomb and Trial but not all of the Challenges are as straight forward as they appear. Below is a breakdown of each individual challenge for all of the Tombs, explaining how to complete each of the required challenges.

How To Complete All Tomb Trial Challenges In Anthem

Multi-Kills Challenge
You need to complete 3 Multi-Kills for a challenge. To get Multi-Kills you need to kill multiple enemies (a minimum of 3) in very quick succession. However, it does not work with gear or abilities. It has to be with your gun. I found the best way of getting Multi-Kills is to use a Grenade Launcher or Sniper Rifle. Something fast and powerful that can take down a lot of enemies very quickly.

Combo Triggers Challenge
You need to complete 15 Combo Triggers for a challenge.

Gear Defeats Challenge
You need to complete 30 Gear Defeats for a challenge. Gear Defeats require you to defeat an enemy using Gear. For example, using your L1/LB or R1/RB abilities. It does not count for any other kills.

Missions Challenge
You need to complete 3 Missions for a challenge. Any Expedition will work, but only those completed after you have the challenge will count.

Legendary Defeats Challenge
You need to complete 3 Legendary Defeats for a challenge. Simple enough, you must defeat 3 Legendary enemies to complete this Challenge.

Ultimate Defeats Challenge
You need to complete 50 Ultimate Defeats for a challenge. You must kill a total of 50 enemies using your Ultimate Ability.

Melee Defeats Challenge
You need to complete 50 Melee Defeats for a challenge. You must defeat 50 enemies using your melee attack. The special ability for the Interceptor does not count towards this number.

Elite Defeats Challenge
You need to complete 9 Elite Defeats for a challenge. You must find and defeat 9 Elite enemies to complete this Challenge.

World Events Challenge
You need to complete 4 World Events for a challenge. When you are exploring Bastion in Free Play, look for World Events marked by purple circles on your map. Travel around, they occur frequently.

Weapon Defeats Challenge
You need to complete 30 Weapon Defeats for a challenge. Defeat 30 enemies using a weapon, any gun works.

Treasure Chests Challenge
You need to complete 15 Treasure Chests for a challenge. You must open 15 chests in Free Play mode. This does not count for groups. If a friend opens a chest, it does not count towards your total of 15 chests. The easiest way to do this is to complete World Events solo and open chests. Alternatively, explore the map for chests and open as you go.

Harvests Challenge
You need to complete 25 Harvests for a challenge. Find and harvest 25 different items during Free Play. These are the small plants, ores and minerals that give you crafting materials.

Javelins Repaired Challenge
You need to complete 3 Javelins for a challenge. You need to revive a fallen Javelin. This can be other players, members of your party or AI. If you see Sentinels fighting, hang around. They usually go down. Repairing these counts towards this challenge.

Collectibles Challenge
You need to complete 10 Collectibles for a challenge. Look for notepads and documents at camps, glowing symbols on the wall. Very easy one.
