One of the many choices in the new DLC for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has you choose between forgetting a loved one or enduring the pain. This AC Odyssey Atlantis – Give The Water Or Destroy The Water guide will tell you the consequence of your choice so you can choose what to say.
This choice is during the quest Have Another Drink. Like many of the choices in AC Odyssey, there’s no clear right and wrong choice. It all depends on the character you want to play and the destiny you want to forge.

Choose Here’s The Water
If you choose to give her the water she will forget her loved one and fall down unconscious. You then must bring her to the Village of the Glorious Dead.
I’m Destroying The Water
In a previous mission there was an objective to free Theron. If you free Theron you can destroy the water and you learn that Theron is her loved one. If that mission has yet to pop up, complete other mission objectives before making the choice. You will anger Hekate but will gain favor later in the story with Persephone.
The latter is clearly the most positive outcome.
