Unicorn Overlord Josef’s Guide to Interaction! Trailer Released

Former-Holy Knight Josef talks about the different ways players can build bonds with their allies in the latest trailer for Atlus West and Vanillaware’s Unicorn Overlord.

The latest video discusses the options for socialization with one’s comrades in the title, represented by rapport. Once it is high enough, it will then cross into a new tier, which has the ability to unlock select conversations.

In order to increase rapport in Unicorn Overlord, one of the standard methods is by having characters battle together in the same unit. As an added bonus, this can also potentially grant bonuses to certain states depending on rapport level.

One’s menu selections can also increase rapport, meaning that players should choose what they feast on in each of the taverns carefully. Giving gifts to those stationed as guards can also help build rapport in Unicorn Overlord, with bonus rapport granted to gifts given to one’s preferences.

Unicorn Overlord will release for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on March 8. Pre-orders for the game can be made on the official Unicorn Overlord website.
