This one is a little bit trick. It is in the third level or in Caliburgh from the map. There is a little path you can take near the treasure chest to get between the building. It will lead to this treasure chest.
This is during the fourth level, before the Cyclops level. You can also find it in Caliburgh from the map. If you move fast enough you can get to it without the Generator taking damage.

You get this medal during the level where you are protecting the Mayor of Colissa. You will have to jump up a couple of platforms near the buildings to get up there and gain access to the chest.
Just going to toss this in here so people understand how they work. You get these all at the Sky . You can claim a Mini Medal each time you get a trophy. You normally get one for progressing far in story and doing a certain amount of quests.
You can also do Monster Suppression to get them. This basically means killing a certain amount of monsters will get you one Mini Medal. Each monster has 5 Mini Medals on them and killing 500 of said monster will get you all of their medals. This can be a bit of a grind but the early monsters come in huge waves so it isn’t a big deal. Doric is great for killing lots of small enemies quickly with his Deliverance attack. You can collect these before you get all 5, so if you have 3/5 you can get the three now and collect the rest later.
