Dragon Quest Builders Chapter 3 Challenge Guide – Defeat All Boss Trolls and Giganteses
Although you’re able to kill the Trolls and Giganteses earlier I would highly suggest you wait until you’ve unlocked the ability to craft Magical Armour and the Aurora Sword. This makes the battles far easier and less frustrating, whilst also making it simpler for defeating additional enemies that may spawn during the fight. As always, I suggest you bring plenty of healing items and be sure to recruit all of your village to fight with you after you complete most of the Chapter 3 side quests.Troll Location #1
Impossible to miss. Directly South of town through the gateway that was guarded at the beginning of the game. Take him down for a Vile Visage drop.
Troll Location #2
The second Troll can be found through the Blue Teleportal. Once inside head South until you reach the castle like structure with the gate. Continue through it and proceed South into the castle. Take a right as you enter and then go forward through another gate, you’ll see the Troll on your right behind another gate.
Giganteses Location #1
The first Giganteses enemy can be found through the Red Teleportal area. Once inside head North West to the signpost below the large snow structure that looks like a snowman. You should see the Giganteses directly North West of you.
Giganteses Location #2
The final part of this puzzle can be take down in the final area through the Green Teleportal. Once inside head up the mountain to the South. Climb the mountain and then head South East. From there you should notice some small ice structures in the distance that are meant to be igloos, they look like small pyramids. These are part of a quest earlier so you should recognize them. The Giganteses is between the structures.
