Doom Eternal Taras Nabad Secret Location Guide

Taras Nabad is level 9 of Doom Eternal. This Doom Eternal Taras Nabad Secret Location Guide will tell you how to find every secret location in the Taras Nabad map, including one of the most challenging secrets so far.

The earlier secrets on Taras Nabad are quite complex compared to previous levels in Doom Eternal. Hidden switches, statues you can destroy, light puzzles. The order I have the secrets in down below are not the earliest order you can acquire each secret but follow it through and use fast travel at the end of the level to get all of the secrets.

Doom Eternal Taras Nabad Secrets Guide

Taras Nabad Secret #1

Near the start of the level. Where I am standing, drop down the edge and destroy the wall.

Reward: Sentinel Battery

Taras Nabad Secret #2

As you are crossing this bridge, drop down to the right and then go underneath.

Reward: Album Found (Doom 2016 – BFG Edition)

Taras Nabad Secret #3

There’s a wall to destroy here and then inside that room, with the Secret Encounter, is a flip you can switch to lift a nearby gate.

Reward: Mastery Token

Taras Nabad Secret #4

Break the wall at this location to reveal the Secret
Reward: Cheat Code: Power Up Mode Overdrive

Break the wall at this location to reveal another secret

Reward: Toy Found (Marauder)

This one is a tough one. First, use the switch behind and under the throne to activate the jump pads. Then use the jump pads to jump into the wall at the top and break it.

Reward: Album Found (Quake II Rage)

Taras Nabad Secret #7

There is a ? behind a grate at this location. Directly where I am facing below, there is a statue kneeling down. Punch the statue to destroy it and use the button hidden behind. This activates the fountain up the stairs. Stand on the fountain on the staircase and as it drops, it opens the grate concealing the secret

Reward: Toy Found (Cyber Mancubus)

At the end of this large room, near all the stain-glass windows, there’s a crouching statue on the right. Destroy the statue with a punch to reveal a switch and then hit the switch.

Then knock the weight down onto the floor in the section that just opened to reveal the secret.

Reward: Sentinel Battery

Taras Nabad Secret #9

This is possible the most challenging and irritating secret in the game. Standing where I am above, look down the deep hole. Partway down there is a wall that you can dash into and break. The secret is behind there.
