Dishonored Guide: The Loyalists Stealth Guide
After completing The Flooded District you return to the Hound Pits Pub. This time things are a little more hostile as the area is swarming with enemies. This Dishonored Guide: The Loyalists Stealth Guide will guide you through the mission without having to kill any enemies or getting detected.

Dishonored Guide: The Loyalists Stealth Guide

Head out of the Apartment and down the stairs. There’s Tallboys and Guards everywhere. Use Stop Time and Blink to get across to the opposite roof of the pub and enter the window on the far left. Once inside the bunk room there’s a door on the left, you’ll want to exit there. Be cautious as a Guard does walk up the stairs so be ready with Dark Vision. Get to the window and then use Blink and Stop Time again to get to the large building near the docks, where you used to get upgrades. Head down the left side of the building, using Blink to get up on the large pipe to enter the door. Grab the nearby Rune and then head to the bottom floor.

After speaking with them head back upstairs and out the door again. This time taking a right and climbing over the metal tubing. Careful of the nearby Tallboy as he can see you, even at that height. Work your way back around to the other side of the pub and enter the same window you did previously, this time you want to exit using the right door. There’s two Guards right outside the door, get close enough for them to start their conversation and then hide in the small toilet room. One walks straight past, take him out and hide him inside. The other moves around in Havelocks room, just wait for his back to be turned and take him out. Grab the Blueprints from the nearby trashcan and return to the workshop.

After handing in the Blueprints head upstairs to grab a container, fill it and then go to the roof. Flick the switch and place it inside. Go back into the pub, read the note from Emily and the orders on the bottom floor. Go back to the roof, past the machine and to the Tower. Once inside grab the items and use the Flare on the window to call Samuel.

Dishonored Guide: Kingsparrow Island Stealth Guide
After completing The Loyalists and locating the whereabouts of Emily, you head off with Samuel to reach Kingsparrow Island. This Dishonored Guide: Kingsparrow Island Stealth Guide will walk you through the entire mission making sure you don’t get seen, don’t kill anyone and don’t miss any collectibles. This is it. The final mission in Dishonored, and it’s not an easy one.

Dishonored Guide: Kingsparrow Island Stealth Guide

Once you get off the boat grab the nearby potions and head to your right. You’ll see a huge cable connecting a large rock with the mainland, Blink up the back of that rock and climb across the cable. As you get near the other end, use Blink to get onto the mainland and hide behind the nearby boxes, avoiding the sight from the nearby guard. Grab his as soon as you can and hide his body behind the same box. Then look above and Blink up to the concrete ledge. Follow this all the way around until the end. There’s a Guard that enters a viewing platform nearby, take him out. Then take out any of the Guards on the metal floor on the main level.

Drop down using Blink and Stop Time, before heading into the door. Use your heart if you’re unsure of which one. Avoid the Guards easily and drop down into the water to find the only Rune on this level. Climb back up, again avoiding the Guards that path through here and activate the small turning wheel on your right to open the sewer below. Go on through. Once at the other side a Guard can get really close to the edge, so remain hidden until he turns his back. Take him out and head up the stairs. Use the large chain in the middle of the staircase to get to the top, using Stop Time if you think you’ll be seen.

Once outside again go towards the elevator but take the lower part of the bridge. Avoid the Guard as you get towards the end with Blink and Stop Time. As you’re climbing the stairs towards the Guard use Blink to get on the large object to the right of the entrance. From there you can Blink on top of the Elevator and gain access to Burrows Lighthouse.

Once the Elevator stops get out and use Blink to climb on top of it. Once there use the support beams to reach the top, totally avoiding the stairs and any Guards. Once you get onto the see-through glass surface look at the huge structure ahead. On one corner is a huge spotlight, it’s turned off. Head to that building, round the back and down the stairs. Enter through the door and you’ll see 2 Guards and Havelow. 1 is passed out and it’s easy as hell to take out Havelow with a stealth choke without being seen. The key is near the table, again using Stop Time and Blink it’s easy to get. Unlock the nearby door to rescue Emily.

Congratulations. You’ve now completed Dishonored. Enjoy the lack-luster ending cut-scene and go through again on a new difficulty.

Dishonored Guide: Flooded District Stealth Guide
After you return triumphant to The Hound Pits Pub, speak with the Loyalists and enjoy your short-lived success. Continue through the plot twist and you’ll arrive in the Flooded District. This Dishonored Guide: Flooded District Stealth Guide will give you an entire walkthrough of the mission without any casualties and gathering all collectibles.

Dishonored Guide: Flooded District Stealth Guide

After you wake throw the bricks at the wood above to break out. Then head to the bottom floor. Take possession of a fish and swim out towards the “Your gear” objective. You’ll find flower pod type enemies that fire at you. Work your way round to the left of them and you’ll find a few Weepers. Behind you (As you look at the Weepers) and above, you’ll see a balcony. Go in there for a Bone Charm. Go back on the balcony and look to your right, there’s a window. There’s a Sokotov Painting inside so be sure to grab that before coming back down and going through the door. Enter Greaves Refinery.

Once inside head to the far end to find a Rune in the water. Then turn to your right and go behind the large building. Move down the back of it and Blink up onto a Walkway. Now you’ve got a few tricky Blink jumps to get on top of the Bone Charm and drop down to get it. Keep going past the Bone Charm and walk around the pipe to get near your gear. There’s 3 Guards, they’ll disappear after a few seconds talking. Head inside the Refinery. Go to the right break the wooden planks and climb over. Grab and fill a Whale Oil can and lower the bridge. Simply get to the bottom, grab your gear and leave again. Update: You can also simply activate the stairs near the large building inside the small Guard Building. The containers are located near flower things.

Go towards your objective marker, when you get on the roof look down to your left and Blink onto a balcony. Go inside and grab the key off the wall. Now just avoid the Guards using the right rooftops and unlock the door. Head through to Central Rudshore. Once inside Blink ahead a few times and get towards the two Dogs. Put them both to sleep and go to the end to get a Bone Charm. Head back to the main objective by climbing the rooftops and going through the window, there’s Guards everywhere so pay attention to their patrol routes. After you’ve tried the door you need to turn around. Possess one of the Guards and continue forward, walking up the wooden plank. Work your way through the Guards and get outside the objective room.

This bits a little tricky. The Guard hardly leaves his side, making it really difficult to complete the non-lethal objective. You don’t want to have to defeat Daud if you want to keep the stealth approach going. If you use Slow Time he’ll spot you straight away. Here’s what I did. I got on the platform above and dropped out the window to be behind the guard, took him out and dragged him away. I stood in the doorway previously occupied by the Guard and then used Lean to watch his route. Eventually he stands still for a 5-10 seconds. Use Blink to go to the opposite corner behind him, straight across from the door. As soon as he moves forward grab the key, and pickpocket his bag. Now go back to the door that was locked on your earlier objective and go down the room Sokorov Painting and Rune from that room. Follow the room to Gateward Tunnel.

After you exit the tunnel take a right to find a Bone Charm near the end. Then continue on. Just before the train track go to the buildings on the left. You need to hop between a few windows right to the top, Rune is on the roof. Go over to the guy comforting the dying man and head up the stairs to the right. Get onto the rooftops near the train track and get onto the train when it passes. Use Slow Time and Blink to do it, then jump off as it reaches the end to deactivate the gate.

Walk through, Blink to the other side and then exit via the door. Careful as a Guard does patrol the area near the exit. Head through to the Old Port District Outskirts. Once inside follow the path to the right and turn left. You’ll see a few sets of stairs and a door at the end blocked with wooden planks. Enter the door on the left midway up the stairs to find a Bone Charm on a table. Walk up to the next floor and jump out the window before entering the sewers. Continue through the sewers and speak to the injured Thug in one of the tunnels. Head back and blink onto the pipes on your right, then follow the tunnel. If you’ve got a Grenade, use it to dispatch of the pods on the ceiling.

Keep going through and you’ll get to more pods, use Grenades again here. Near the pods is a small room. Enter and use the code 528 to open the Sewer Safe. This gives you some coin and a Bone Charm. Continue through the tunnels to face 3 more pods on the wall, Crossbow or Grenades gets rid of these quickly. Keep going, swimming through the water part to the stairs the other side. Then enter the gate at the top. Granny Rags is there with SlackJaw. Help Granny to kill SlackJaw, follow her instructions. After you’ve made your decision head up the stairs to the Furnace Room. Inside is a few bits and pieces as well as a Sokolov Painting. Continue through to find a nearby Rune and Outsider Shrine.

Break the boards and head down to go back to the start and proceed through the Sewer Gate. Once inside use a Grenade to take out the pods on your left and head that way. Take a right at the end. There’s 4 Guards here but they’re easy to take down using a quick Blink – Choke and them take the remainder out with Sleeping Darts. Jump down (near the small shack) and gather the final Rune for this area. Continue on and you’ll reach a room with several pods. Use Blink to get onto the Pipes above and immediately use Stop Time. Grab the nearby Bone Charm before Blinking back up to the pipes and heading forward. There’s not much left in the Sewers now so continue forth and leave via the door. To begin the next mission

After completing the Boyle Estate you’re taken back to The Hound Pits Pub. I’m not totally sure here as it depends on your actions in the previous mission but there’s a Rune on Corvo’s bed on the top floor. After grabbing the Rune pick up any upgrades and refill supplies before following the mission objective to Lord Pendleton to hand in the side quest from the Boyle Estate. After this speak with the Admiral before jumping on the boat. This Dishonored Guide: Dunwall Tower Stealth Guide will walk you through the entire mission without being seen and collecting all collectibles.

Dishonored: Dunwall Tower Stealth Guide

When you first arrive swim through the archway ahead and climb the pipes in front. Look up to your right, there’s a small hole, get in there. Turn around and Blink to the other side, look to your left to find another hole. There’s a Bone Charm in here next to a dead body. Go back to the first hole and proceed through the ventilation shaft, make sure you time your run to avoid the spinning blades, or use Blink to be safe. Walk to the end, out the small window and across the pipes to the door. Open the door from the side, so you’re behind the wall and use lean to look around. You’ll see a machine in the center that gives you a nasty shock if you get too close. Use Blink to travel to the other side of the machine next to the Whale Oil, take it out and proceed up the stairs.

Once outside head up the next stairs, there’s 1 Guard that patrols out here, take him out and hide his body back down the stairs. Head through the big door and look at the Guard on the left. Take him out once his back is turned and place his body outside. Then do the same for the Guard on the right as he goes onto the balcony. Grab the key off his body. Go back over to the left side and jump out of one of the windows onto the pipes below. Follow the pipes around to the spotlight but be careful as a Tall Boy patrols the area. Turn right as you jump near the spotlight and climb partway up the stairs. Then Blink onto the roof above the spotlight ahead. Proceed forward until you reach the high wall, climb on top and Blink directly ahead to a door. Enter the door as quickly as possible. There’s a Rune under one of the bunk beds and some coin nearby, grab all that. Be cautious as you exit out of the far door as a Guard patrols the stairs. Wait for him to stop, Blink up behind him and drag him back down into the room. There’s a fair bit of loot to the right of the stairs, go and grab that then turn and take a right. Opposite to the Guard above. Follow that around until the end and then Blink onto the large building in the middle. Walk around and Blink to the High Pressure gate and enter the Dunwall Tower Interior.

Follow the tunnel to the end, Blink onto the large Chandelier on the right. Then Blink across to the Lord Regents Bedroom and search the chest at the end of the bed for a Rune. Grab the rest of the stuff in the room. The combination for the safe in the Lord Regents room is 935, make sure to grab the Confession Tape from inside. Go outside and take the Guard out, go back onto the balcony and Blink to the walkway on the right. Take the door closet to the Regents Chamber to find a Sokolov painting inside the room with the piano. Go back onto the Balcony and Blink to your left onto the walkway taking the body with you. Through the door on your right is another machine, Blink behind it onto the left side of the stairs and you’ll avoid damage. Head up the stairs and hide the body. You have to talk to the Propaganda Officer at the top, so don’t kill him. You’ve already got the tape so put it in the machine. This completes the mission without any deaths.

Head back down the stairs this time right to the bottom, using the Blink ability to dodge the tower using the support pillars as cover or just straight down the middle. Disable the tower at the bottom, grab the key near the door and exit. Follow the walkway and enter the first door you see, disable the Whale Oil. Wait for one of the Guards to patrol and he’ll stop right outside the door, take him out and stash him in the room. The other Guard paths all the way round, down the stairs and back up. You can avoid him easily or take him out, up to you. Walk out the door and head round past the electric fence, take out the patrolling Guard at the end and place him in the same room as the first Guard. Follow the walkway all the way round using the chandeliers above for cover. You’ll reach a room with a Guard and Dog. There’s a fireplace nearby, use your heart to locate the Bone Charm and activate the switch on the wall near the fireplace to get it. It’s a lamp on the wall to the right as you look at the Fireplace. Head down the stairs and go through the door under the stairs and to the right, into the servants quarters. Go straight ahead and down the stairs to the Torture Chamber to reach an Outsider Shrine and Rune. Now head back up and exit to return to Samuel via the rooftop to get the final Rune for this area.

After capturing Sokolov you return to The Hounds Pit Pub. Before going to Sleep you’ll want to grab the Bone Charm that is now available here. Go into the pub and search the room with the multiple bunk beds, check under one of the beds for a key. Head behind the pub to the Abandoned Building and open it up to find a Bone Charm inside. When interrogating Sokolov, just purchase the Brandy, it’s only 150 coin. Then simply go and speak with Samuel. This Dishonored Guide: Stealth Guide For Boyle Estate will get you through the mission with minimal casualties and get you every collectible along the way.

Dishonored: Boyle Estate Ball Stealth Guide

After you get off the boat Blink across the river. You’ll see a road and 2 guards, cross the road area into a building. Use Blink to get over the boxes and proceed up the stairs to a room with a Rune, Bone Charm and Outsider Shrine. Be careful of the 3 Weepers, I suggest using Sleeping Darts for the quickest method. From there head onto the balcony and walk around to your left. You’ll see a bridge, another Rune is located the other side of that bridge under water. Head back over the river towards the Boyle Party. You’ll see a large metal robot patrolling down one side. Sneak past the robot using the lowered walkway and enter the house at the end on your left. Go up the stairs for another Bone Charm, be careful of the 5 Weepers on the ground floor. From here use another door to exit and jump into the adjacent building via the window. Grab the key on the wall and unlock the door.

Head through the Guard Quarters and turn left as you exit. Hand over the letter to the guy wearing the Wolf Mask and then return to the Guard Quarters entrance to go through the main door to the mansion. Once inside take a left and head through a few doors until you reach the room with the feast. Exit the door with the Guard that’s got the music player and head down the stairs. Directly in front of you will be an open grate. Possess a Rat and follow the grate to get into the room for a fair amount of loot and the final Rune for this area. When you leave the Basement Vault possess another Rat and run all the way up the stairs to the top floor. There’s 3 Guards, 2 Sokolov Posters and a fair amount of coin up here. The Guards are easy to avoid, take them all out to get the key for Waverly’s Room. Pull the cord near the door to open a small area above. Go through, grab the loot and then return back to the party.

Once you’re back inside the dining room take a left then a right to find Miss White, with a rather weird bug mask. Stand nearby and she’ll ask you to get a drink, return to the dining room and interact with the Wine Fountain. Go back and give her a drink. Run around the dining room and speak with everyone to complete another side objective. Head left out of the dining room (left as you exit the door from the stairs) and follow the rooms to the one with the large gold mask beyond the door. Speak with the man in the corner. This will complete the Lord Brisby optional objective. This tells you that she’s wearing a black dress and you have the option to take her down. Make sure all your bodies are well hidden upstairs then Go to the objective marker and speak with her.

First ask if she wants a drink, followed by the color of Waverley’s dress and then a tour of the upstairs. Proceed to follow. Don’t go ahead or it bugs and she recognizes you as a threat. She goes to the bed, knock her out and check the nearby objective to collect a clue. Take her to the top of the stairs and drop her down. Now go down to the kitchen and watch the pathing for a few minutes, taking out each Maid and Guard that you can. Stash them in the basement. Go back up, collect the body and take it down to the boat. Exit the mansion and do the duel with the Lord outside the other entrance. Then head towards Samuel.

Dishonored Guide: Stealth Guide For Kaldwins Bridge
After saving Emily during The Golden Cat mission, you return to The Hound Pits Pub. Once you get there follow the simple objectives speaking to all of the people. After you’ve done so grab any desired upgrades and head to Kaldwins Bridge via the boat. This Dishonored Guide: Stealth Guide For Kaldwins Bridge will ensure you can complete the mission with minimal casualties and get all the collectibles. You’re tasked with finding Sokolov, The Royal Physician. So let’s get to it.

Dishonored Guide: Stealth Guide For Caldwins Bridge

Once you arrive jump off the boat and look up to the buildings on your right. Using the nearby chain and Blink, you can climb to the top and avoid the 2 Guards ahead. Once up there, look ahead across the road and jump onto the building with the small hatch on the roof. Ahead of there is a door, near the fence by the water. There’s a Guard that stands nearby looking over the fence, you can avoid him but if you want to make sure he doesn’t interfere Blink behind him and put his body in the trash container nearby. Go up the stairs to the next floor and you’ll see a cart on a track. There’s some blueprints on a nearby table so be sure to grab those. Then use Blink to grab a chain above you. Then Blink over to the ledge with the Whale Oil and place it in the machine below to open the gate. Then jump into the cart and hit the switch.

When you reach the end of the tracks Blink to the roof nearby, and then across to the broken balcony with an open window. Climb out the other window onto some stairs and behind the building. Climb up the chain into the room with the Rune. Use Blink to approach the door following the objective for the bridge lights, but instead going through the side door and down the stairs. There’s 2 Guards here, wait for one to patrol close and then Blink behind him for a choke. Follow the pathway and wait for the next Guard to turn around, choke him and use the nearby switch. Cross the bridge, Blink up to a balcony and grab the Bone Charm inside. Be careful, there’s a Weeper inside too. After that head all the way back and through the door to the next area.

Be careful on the other side as 2 Guards are nearby, hide behind the metal wall and Blink to the roof above. Blink across to the balcony and enter the room. Stay hidden as a guy will walk in with a key, take him out and unlock the nearby table for some coin. Head through the door and upstairs. There’s a safe here with a Rune inside, use the code 473 to enter Pratchett’s Safe. Continue upstairs to the roof and turn around to jump behind the door. Blink to the balcony, take out the Guard and then claim the nearby Rune and Outsider Shrine.

Head back onto the balcony and use blink to traverse the nearby wall towards the lights objective. There’s not much loot around here so wait for the 2 Guards to stop talking and then Blink on top of the Guard Room. From there look at the bridge and climb the left support. You’ll see a chain near the top, Blink onto that and climb to the top. From there follow the bridge towards your objective, open the cage door and throw the Whale Oil out the small gap above the power cords. After you’ve done that continue towards your next objective, climbing down the right support and Blinking on top of the Guard Room. From there continue to Blink to Sokolov’s House and enter the door to Midrow Substation, grabbing the Rune on the other side.

When you exit the large window Blink to the metallic structure on your right. Blink to the high object just before the large spinning wheel, and then Blink over it to remove the Whale Oil and free the electric gate. Pass through and climb the small roof above the door. Turn around and get on to the Balcony. Go to the lowest area to rescue a civilian and collect the Bone Charm next to a corpse. Continue through to North End and your objective.

Just as you enter the next area look ahead and to your left for the large window. Go inside and travel to the roof. Turn around and climb behind the door, Blink down onto a balcony and claim the final Bone Charm for this area. Leave the room via the Balcony and head to the right. Use Blink to navigate the rooftops to your right to get closer to the Rune, aiming to reach the rooftop next to the tallest building. From there Blink onto a chain, being cautious not to alert the nearby Guard. After you’ve climbed the chain run around to the left, enter the door and subdue Sokolov. Grab his key, release the civilian at the back, pick up the Rune and head back downstairs. Don’t take Sokolov with you. You need to head to the lowest part of his house to claim a Sokolov Painting. There’s also a locked cabinet near his bed with 300 coin inside, which you can now unlock with his key. Inside his bedroom you’ll find Whale Oil containers, fill them and take them to the end of the hall to descend towards the lower floors. This is a bit tricky but I just went to the bottom, large floor with the Sokolov Painting sitting in the middle. Fired some crossbow bolts at the far wall and everyone followed them, I then just Blinked in and out again.

Head back up to the top of the building and pick up Sokolov. Blink back down to the objective with Sokolov. It’s easy, I made it in 5-6 Blinks and attracted 0 attention. Easily one of the easiest quests so far. Follow my techniques here for every consumable, 2 Special Actions and the Ghost and Didn’t Kill Anyone bonuses.

Dishonored Guide: Stealth Guide For The Golden Cat
After clearing out most of the Distillery District and returning home to clear out the Sewers, you’re sent on a difficult mission to kill two brothers in The Golden Cat. This Dishonored Guide: The Golden Cat Guide will guide you through the mission and tell you how to complete it with a low Chaos Rating, including collectibles and hidden items.

Dishonored: Distillery District Stealth Guide

Things are a little different when you return to the Distillery District. There’s automated defenses now and depending on your actions in previous missions, potentially a lot of Weepers. Once you get off the boat head down the shore to the stairs. Keep your Dark Vision up as guards have new patrol paths now. You’ll only come across one on your way to the Whiskey Distillery, so wait for him to come down the final set of stairs before taking him out and heading on. Before you enter, there’s more Bone Charms nearby. Use Blink to get onto the rooftops and enter the open door on the broken balcony. Be cautious as an Assassin waits on the balcony and a Weeper is near the Bone Charm behind the wooden boards.

Then jump below and enter the Distillery. They won’t attack you this time round and don’t worry about the other Bone Charm just yet. Head inside and check some items and a piece of paper to your right. Then go through and speak with Slackjaw. On your way back out, before you leave that area, check the left side of the room. There’s a large Valve that opens a gate. Either slide under or Blink over the top to find the Distillery Reserve Key, some blueprints and other goodies. The key unlocks a door on the bottom floor of the large room, but you don’t want to open that yet.

Head back outside and the gate to the other Weepers will be open, put them to sleep and grab the Bone Charm. Head back outside to Bottle Street. Go back to Galvani’s Office using the same route you did previously and either dispatch of the Guard on the balcony or sneak past and go inside. Avoiding the Guards inside is simple, head upstairs. There’s a Rune near Crowley’s body so be sure to grab that and the clue, you can possess a Rat and go through the grate if you want to be fancy. A patrolling Guard carries the key to the nearby exit so pickpocket that or knock him out. There’s also a key for the lab on a nearby desk. You can travel to the bottom floor to search the room that was previously filled with rats. There’s also a locked safe but I couldn’t find the combination.

Return to the Distillery. Speak with Slackjaw and hand him the Audiograph. This time you can unlock the gate inside and kill the Weepers for some loot. Leave the area with your shiny new key and go back to Bottle Street. Head towards The Captain’s Chair. To get through the gate simply remove the Whale Oil and Blink through. Use the buildings to your right as you enter for cover, working your way over the rooftops to the Captain’s Chair Entrance. There’s a Bone Charm inside, be sure to grab that. Walk to the top floor and use the door to enter The Golden Cat.

Once you’re in walk along the rooftop and get out the Heart. Check the Rune to your right. Get to the roof directly above the Rune, use Blink to drop down and enter through the window. The Rune is on the table. Go back outside and enter The Golden Cat through the window above the balcony with the Guard. Travel to the top floor to find a Rune and the little girl. Don’t follow her, let her go. Head into the main middle room of The Golden Cat, you can’t miss it. The first room on your left has a Guard and a girl inside, the next room, The Silver Room, is where you want to be. Use the large golden circular thing in the middle of the room to travel around. Enter and continue to torture The Art Dealer until he tells you his safe code is 138.

If you want to use a non-lethal technique to take these guys down return the safe code to Slackjaw. Follow the rest of this guide for collectibles but don’t take out either of the brothers. If you want to kill them, the rest of this guide will show you how.

Exit the room and use Blink to get back onto the golden object raised in the middle, then up again onto the area above. If you go straight above from The Silver Room, you shouldn’t attract any attention. Sneak out to the balcony located next to The Gold Room and take out the Guard, paying careful attention to the Guard outside The Gold Room door, then follow the ledge around to get to the balcony of The Gold Room. Look into the windows and you’ll hear a conversation between one of the brothers and a girl, wait until he heads over to the other side of the room and head to the balcony door. He’ll walk back over to the other window and begin smoking a cigarette. Wait for him to finish and he returns to the music player again. This part requires precise timing but with a bit of skill you can grab him as he turns away from the music player and take him out onto the balcony without alerting the girl. I shouldn’t really have to tell you how to deal with this guy here but in case you missed it, throw him to a very delayed doom below. If you’re aware of a non-lethal way of taking this guy out, please leave a comment.

Using the same platforms inside the main area as before, work your way down to the bottom floor. If you look at the entrance to The Steam Room, there’s a small gap that you can use to enter, avoiding the main door and the 2 girls outside it. Head down the stairs and you’ll come across 2 Guards talking, wait for them to finish. Using Blink, or by taking control of a nearby Rat, get yourself to the room on the opposite side, the empty one. One of the Guards with path past, take him out and drag him inside, making sure NOT to drop him in the water. Then simply Blink across the room behind the other Guard and hide him in the same place. Now you can simply kill this guy here and be done with it, or there’s a more imaginative method. You’ll need mana so if you’re short, kill two birds with one stone and grab the Golden Cat Master Key.

Go back outside, anywhere is fine, and find the main entrance with the Large Golden Cat. As you look at the front, directly behind it is a balcony with one Guard, you may have already taken him out. Use the right side door, enter and turn to the Right. You can then pickpocket the key once inside and use it to unlock the locker for some mana. Go back onto the balcony and through the other door, then jump through the open window inside ahead. There’s 2 Guards that path the next room, wait for the one kneeling down to turn his back, grab him and put him back outside on the balcony. Go back into the room, being careful of the other patrolling Guard, and take the Rune piece off the wall.

Now head back down to The Steam Room using the same route as before. Now there are two options, you can either possess a fish to get into the room unseen and try something there, or get an achievement by burning him to death with boiling steam. Head into the room at the bottom of the stairs, use the valve with the broken pipe and turn it. That will kill both of those in the room. Now just head back towards the VIP entrance. Before leaving go all the way to the top floor using the stairs that lead down to the VIP entrance and use the Master Key to open the door with a Bone Charm inside, now just walk down to the VIP entrance and leave with Emily.

Before heading back to Samuel return to the Distillery and give Slackjaw the code to the safe. Then go to the Art Dealers apartment. To get inside climb the roof near the door, dispatch of the Assassin and then follow the pipes around until you reach the balcony. Directly inside is the first Sokolov Painting, the second is upstairs in the large safe, use the code 138. There’s also a third in the room opposite and a Rune in the same room.

Now return to Samuel to end this mission.

Dishonored Guide: How To Escape The Sewers Stealth Guide
The Sewers are the second area you reach in Dishonored, after escaping Coldridge Prison. This Dishonored Guide: How To Escape The Sewers Stealth Guide will show you how to get through the Sewers without any unnecessary kills or being seen.

Dishonored: How To Escape The Sewers Without Kills

Once you enter the Sewers you’ll hear a couple of guards talking. Don’t worry about these, the Rats make rather short and brutal work of them. You’ll see a note on some crates, read the note and then climb the boxes to the top of the cage. Sneak ahead and look below to watch the Rats at work, then continue forward. Eventually you’ll come across some Rats eating another corpse, attack these with your sword as soon as you can as they’ll head for you straight after. Then jump down into the water and swim through to the next room.

Once through the tunnel climb the side and cross the small plank to the two dead bodies, there’s a book nearby. Cross back over the plank and continue forward. Move the body blocking the crank and then open the gate. As you move forward you’ll see two bodies dropped from above, head over to that platform. You can throw a couple of the bodies down onto the floor to distract some of the Rats, but you’ll have to kill them all eventually anyway. Dispatch of the rodents and then open the gate. Just before you climb the chain look to your left for some good and small bit of coin. Check to your right at the top of the chain for some Copper Wire and a nearby Tripwire. Sprint and then enter Stealth Mode to dodge under the Tripwire for some coin. You can also disarm the trap itself for some ammo for your Crossbow. Stick to the right side to avoid the trap on the stairs and gather more coin. Then check the opposite side for your new equipment and some coin on the bodies.

Proceed through the gate with your key and slide under the trap using the same technique as before. You’ll see a note and a safe. The clue for the note doesn’t make a difference but look ahead at the bookcase and you’ll see the numbers 451 written behind some Whiskey bottles. Enter that code for the safe for some more coins. Continue forward until you hear some voices. Quickly search the room for a potion and bit of coin before dropping down. Drop down to the second rock and wait for the guard to face the railing, then drop down and take him out with a silent takedown. Ignore the prompt to do the aerial assassination. If you drop down literally as he says “Bastard”, you can subdue him and leave the body before subduing the other guard. Grab both bodies and place them at the bottom of the rocks. Continue forward and climb the rocks to the left, next to the planks.

You can be ballsy here if you want but there’s not much about so just follow the rocks around and climb onto the pipes. Check the pathing of the guards and as soon as they have their backs turned, drop down into the water and swim ahead to the broken grate. Continue forward and open the large Trash Bin near the two wrapped bodies, proceed. Exit the Sewers and speak with Samuel to leave.

Following this guide you should get the Ghost & Didn’t kill anyone bonuses, as well as the Special Action of opening Jelly’s Safe.

Dishonored Guide: The Hound Pits Pub
After you finally escape the Sewers Samuel takes you to The Hounds Pit Pub. There’s not really much combat here to begin with so we’ll just walk you through gaining the collectibles. We’ll also give you advice on what upgrades you may want to purchase.

Dishonored: The Hound Pits Pub Guide

Before entering the Hounds Pit Pub walk up the stairs and take a right, searching a small shelter. There’s some coin and a book. Return to the Pub and enter the door next to Samuel. Search every room in the Pub for a variety of books, audio graphs and coin. There’s also a key for the Master Room on the first floor from the bookcase in Havelocks room, be sure to pick that up. Follow the checkpoints until you speak with the guy that upgrades your gear. Do the small favor for him, grabbing the filled bottle from upstairs, and then proceed to get upgrades.

If you want to take the Stealth approach I highly advise you pick up Sleeper Darts and the upgrade that makes them work instantly. It will make your future missions a whole lot easier. After you’ve gathered all of the collectibles from the upgrade building and Pub, head to the top floor and get some rest. When you wake you’re in a dream like state and you meet the Outsider for the first time. This is basically just a tutorial for your new Blink ability, follow the platforms through and collect the mana pots from the chest as you go. He also introduces you to Runes and Outsider Shrines. Once you’ve got your first Rune I suggest picking up Dark Vision. This is another highly useful tool if you want to remain Stealth throughout your Dishonored Campaign.

After exiting the dream follow the objective and collect the next Rune. I chose to save this one but you can use it if you wish. Then head back to The Hounds Pits Pub to speak with the Admiral. After you’re told about your mission objective, head out and check for upgrades before speaking with Samuel and going to the Distillery District.

Dishonored Guide: Stealth Guide For Distillery District
The next chapter of our Stealth walkthrough guide for Dishonored takes us to the Distillery District. This Dishonored Guide: Stealth Guide For Distillery District will walk you through the entire mission, giving tips on remaining undetected along the way. We’ll also add any collectibles and large deposits of coin we find.

Head back to The Pub and speak with the Admiral again. Don’t forget to turn your quest in. Make sure to get your upgrades and you really want to ensure you have Blink rank 2 at this point.

Dishonored: Distillery District Stealth Guide

When you first get off the boat check to your left for some tasty rat. Then proceed to the right. There’s one pathing guard here but he’s easy to takedown without attracting attention. Do not attack/subdue any of the civilians you encounter while exploring the Distillery District, there’s just no need. Head up the stairs near the first civilian and take a right, there’s a guy throwing stuff off a balcony. Head up there and down through a door to get your next Rune. You can then speak with Granny Rag to start a rather long side-quest. We’ve got it covered in our Rune Article here.

Head out from Granny Rags’ apartment and head down the stairs opposite. Take a left and you’ll see two guards, just before you reach them go up the stairs to your right, by the Art Collectors house. Once there use Blink to jump across to the buildings the other side via an air conditioning unit. You can then jump up again using Blink and explore a door with 2 books and some coin inside. Leave the room via the same door and use Blink to get across to the metal tubing the other side. Follow it round and use Blink to get on the roof above, continuing in the same direction. You’ll see the Office ahead but take a left. You’ll see the pier ahead with a soldier down to your right. I used Blink to get behind the soldier and take him out, before dumping him in the little room behind him. There’s a strap, rewire tool and some potions in there, so grab those. Now to the Bone Charm at the end of the pier. Drop down below into the water and swim to the end, use Blink to climb the back of the Pier and get the Bone Charm laying on the bed. Head back to where you came from and use the top of the buildings to walk around and enter the first floor of Galvani’s Office.

Once inside use your Dark Vision and you’ll see a Maid talking with a Guard in the next room. Walk around and use the other door. When they finish their conversation the Guard walks upstairs and the Maid goes away. Head down the stairs. Once at the bottom of the stairs turn right and enter the door, continue through to the room with the multiple books and locker. Using your Dark Vision wait until it’s clear to enter and take the Guard staring at the picture directly next to the door. Repeat again for the second Guard and then remove the third.

Gather all the food and books from the kitchen before heading upstairs. It’s still just the one Guard and Maid so dispatch of the Guard search for books and then using the hidden bookcase to open the entrance to the Secret Room. Go inside, grab all the coins and the dead rat. Leave via the nearby exit and head to the Whiskey Distillery.

Poisoning The Bandits

Once inside you can avoid all of the Guards completely. Look directly above and use Blink to traverse across the pipes and rooftops to the next door. Once inside the next door use Blink to jump high onto the chain and climb up, continue to use Blink across the pipes to the next door. Enter the next door, paying close attention to the guy inside. Once inside head to the right and use Blink to climb the barrels and sides to reach the Bone Charm above the stairs. Then head down the stairs. Crawl under the gap past the gate and infect the brew.

Leave the room and go back up the stairs. Using the same Blink techniques exit the Distillery. Head back to Granny Rag to retrieve your reward, another Rune. Now you want to leave Granny Rag’s house and grab the Bone Charm that’s inside the house blocked by two Guards. It’s the closest one so use the Heart if you don’t remember the way. The easiest way to dispatch of these two Guards is to Blink into the gap behind them both, followed by a quick 1-2 with the Sleeping Dart Crossbow shot. Hide the bodies inside the nearby trash bin and break down the wooden boards with your knife. Free the guy inside. Check upstairs to find a Bone Charm and some coin.

Head to the next Gate and simply remove the Whale Oil from inside and walk through. Using the roofs and high areas, scale towards the end near Holgar Square. On your left as you travel towards the door is a small cart type thing, Blink onto the roof and use the Hatch to enter. Subdue the guard, grab the Rune and head back on your way.

Once inside Holgar Square, take out the Guard ahead with a quick Blink and headlock, then free Martin. Head to your right as you look at Martin and climb using Blink to get to the other side. You can ignore most of the Guards here and enter the room next to the two talking Guards. Dispatch of the Guard inside, check the note on the desk and then proceed through the next door. Head down the stairs directly in front of you and follow the sewers round. After entering the door take a right and enter The Kennels. Use Blink to climb on the pipes directly opposite and follow them round.

This part is up to you, you can skip all of the extra loot and just head for the door to the Overseer. If you choose to try to crack the safe and unlock the door with the two bodies, follow this. As soon as you enter The Kennels take the door to your right. You’ll see the locked door on your right, use the code 217 to unlock. These releases a bunch of rats so make sure you don’t have any unconscious bodies around. The nearby kennels have 2 human bodies inside, there’s a lever on the floor of the nearby open kennel, that unlocks the room. There’s a book (with the code for the door) and some coin inside. After you’ve done this bit pass through to the Office of the High Oversee.

The Big Choice

As soon as you enter run across to the statue and interact with the eye, go inside to claim another Rune and a fair amount of coin. Go upstairs and then upstairs again, there’s 2 Guards up here but both are separated and easy to take down. DO NOT go inside the Meeting Chamber just yet. Head past the second Guard towards the archives, jumping up above with Blink to enter. Kill the Guard inside and inspect the mission book. Proceed to kill all of the pathing Guards on this floor, it’s all really easy. Just don’t be seen near the alarm. Eventually you’ll get an Interrogation Room Key. Make sure the stairs are clear as you’ll follow Campbell down to his secret chambers. Now enter the Meeting Room and grab the Rune on the wall, using Blink and mash the key if needed.

Interact with the glasses on the table and spill both. This will make sure that Campbell isn’t poisoned and Curnrow survives. They’ll chat for a bit and then leave the room, heading for Campbell’s Secret Room back down near the entrance to the Kennels. As long as you’ve moved all the bodies, simply follow them down and hide behind the bookcase when you enter. Make sure to use a Sleeping Dart before Curnrow is stabbed, and don’t forget to grab the Sokolov Painting. Pick up the unconscious Campbell and trek all the way back up to the Interrogation Room. Careful of patrolling guards when you head back up stairs, oh and don’t drop Campbell while you’re standing on the stairs. It considers it an assassination as the drop kills him. Once you get back to the Interrogation Room use Blink to get on the pipes above and into the room with the Brand, then proceed to burn it deeply into Campbell’s face. Follow your objective marker to the Main Hall, loot the collection box before you leave to speak with Samuel.

When you enter the next area use the Heart to locate the final Rune and Bone Charm in this mission. Inside the Workship, with the Rune, there’s tons of coin so be sure to pick it all up. There’s also a Valve and a note. When you leave the room head to the left and head, right on the end is the room for the Valve. This is where you’ll find the Bone Charm. Explore all the buildings, the code for the safe in the Bunkhouse is 203, it’s hidden under one of the beds. Inside the Workshop is a locked chest. Search the nearby shelves to find an unusual bottle. Smash it to retrieve the key. If you keep exploring but you’ll find a locked door to the Backyard. Just up and beyond there are 2 windows, 1 barred, 1 open. Head in there for a Bone Charm. Finally, pass the gate and you’ll hear several Guards talking about killing the witch, save her and the brother by using Sleeping Darts on the two aggressive Guards. Now exit with Samuel and onto the next mission.

After you’ve completed the quest line at the Distillery District, you return to The Hounds Pits Pubs only to find danger a little closer to home.

Once you’ve been given the key by the Admiral you’ll want to head into the Sewers. Don’t use the nearby door, instead travel back through The Hound Pits Pub and use the sewer grate on the other side. When you drop down you’ll be faced with 2 Weepers, use the Sleeping Darts to dispatch them quickly. Turn to your right to find an Ancient Note concealing a rune. Search just behind the drawers under the water behind the grate ahead of you for another Rune.

Following this guide should have got you every single collectible as well as all of the Special Actions. Please leave a comment if you need help.
