Want to know the locations to find Victory Uchida? This guide will tell you Where To Find Victory Uchida Locations In Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory so that you can discover the strange recluse in each of his hideaway locations and reap the valuable rewards. The exact mechanics of his antics aren’t very clear. Both myself and another Editor checked the same location at the same time, he was there for one but not the other. It’s likely the spawn points are slightly randomized within specific chapters so we’ve listed the locations we’ve discovered him so far

Victory Uchida stands out like a sore thumb. He wears a pointy yellow hat. However, he does like to mask his location by hiding in places slightly out of camera view or behind pillars and other obstacles. If he’s not at the location described, check again later or check another location.
