If You Choose Allison
If you decide to choose Allison you cannot complete the bank mission. You need to head to the Church of the Machine God and attempt to rescue Allison. When you fight through the enemies you learn that Allison is not a prisoner, she is actually the leader of the Church of the Machine God. Adam asks her for information relating to the explosive device she built. You can use persuasive talk to further the story. She is primary an Alpha and Omega personality. Choose the Alpha response for the first choice and then Omega, Alpha, Beta. This will stop Allison using the machine and she will help you spoil Viktors plans. You also get a scanner you can use in the very last boss fight, but it doesn’t change much.
If You Choose The Bank
If you decide to choose the bank you cannot complete the Allison mission. First you need to use the blank access card on the third floor and make it into a key card you can use the executive elevator. In the same room you make it into a usable key card you access a hidden room with a vent shaft that leads down to the elevator. To access the room spin the 3 tiny pillars on the table next to the wall until they align with the ceiling pillars, 1 pillar goes to 3 pillars, 2 to 2 and 1 to 3. Take the elevator down and use it to learn what you need to learn about Orchid and grab the Data Rod(Jensen might grab this automatically). While in the Versalife Vault make sure you open the safe to get an antidote for the Orchid poison, this will come in handy later.
As you exit you can access the other Vaults if you have the key cards for them on the way up the elevator shaft. They have various loot in them such as Praxis Points and even a Unique Battle Rifle. Overall the bank is the better option for loot and gear. Miller will be upset that you disobeyed orders but he doesn’t do anything about it.
