Repairing your vehicle or removing its Rust is done much in the same way as storing vehicles in Death Stranding. Drive to any location with a working garage and park on the area you use to visit your Private Room, the small circular platform that descends into the complex.

Then activate the nearby Terminal and use the Garage to store your vehicle. This fully repairs the vehicle. Any cargo at the time of storage is moved into a Private Locker at the same location.
