You need to speak with Mama. However, she’s not exactly nearby. Due to Mountain Knot City not joining the network, you cannot use the Private Room or fast travel from that location. Check your map, you may be lucky enough to have a Private Room built nearby. If not, you will need to travel to the Distribution Center North of Mountain Knot City to use that Private Room and fast travel function to travel to South Knot City.From South Knot City, it’s a short walk to Mama’s Lab. After a brief cut-scene, you will have to transport her back to Mountain Knot City, yeah, all the way back. You cannot fast travel while Mama is your companion.
