This one is pretty easy if you come during the day or at night. I did it at night with no trouble. The first two are single nests, take them out with moltovs or with gas cans you shoot. The last nest has four of them in one warehouse. For this one I took out two, sprinted out before the Freakers all spawned and killed those that followed. After that I went back in an dealt with any Freakers inside and burnt the last two.
You will end up here pretty early in the story and it is a pain to ride all the way back.
The first one is in a red barn on the side of the road. The second one is deeper into the cemetery and is also in a red building. The third one you will most likely take out during a story mission involving the Nero guys.
You might have gotten this one earlier when you were here with Boozer.
One of them is inside the back of a semi truck trailer, so be sure to check that. I did this one early so I only had two Freakers come out each time I burned one, if you do it after the mission be ready for more of a fight. Frontier Motel is best done during the day.
This one is in the Belknap area of the map. There are five infestation nests here spread out through the town. The town is pretty large and you can easily find enough materials to craft your moltovs here as well.
These ones are clumped up pretty close. There is also a Nero Checkpoint in the area. There are six nests total here, but plenty of crafting supplies to make Moltovs with.
