Daymare 1998 Power Terminal Puzzle Guide
One of the early obstacles you will run into during your playthrough of Daymare 1998 is the Power Terminal. Check out this Daymare 1998 Power Terminal puzzle guide to get through it quickly. You have to do this in order to get through the game.

Daymare 1998 Power Terminal Puzzle Guide

When you get to the terminal, there is a little note near it that you can read. It explains that the red blips are meant to be areas without power and they need to be fixed. You would assume to fix them you need to select them from the breaker. What a fool you are. You of course, have to activate every single green one on the screen instead of the red ones. They are abbreviated, but easy enough to understand. For me, there were seven green lights you activate.

R.H. means Reception/Hall, S.R. means Server Room, L.A. means Lab Area, S.R. means Security Room, S.S. means Submarine Shaft, C.R. means Control Room, and C.A. is the Cargo Area. The Cargo area is where you need to lift off the sample, so that one makes sense. Activate all of them and then hit the switch on the right and pull it down. This will trigger the power all over the facility and, in true survival horror fashion, activate the enemies. There will be one in the room that you are currently in so be ready. Headshots work very well against the enemies and you might be able to bring it down in one shot. From there, head to the Cargo Area and complete you next objective to progress.

Daymare 1998 Lab Temperature Puzzle Guide
In order to get the sample you need in Daymare 1998, you will have to clear the temperature lab puzzle. Check out this Daymare 1998 Lab temperature puzzle guide to get through it quickly. This one can be confusing if you don’t know what to do or where to look.

Daymare 1998 Power Terminal Puzzle Guide

For this one, you will want to run around the lab and check for all the temperatures on each container. Write them down, you will need them later. I had -15 on container 1, 20 on container 2, 5 on container 3, and 0 on container 4. Now head to the terminal and activate it. You can only remove one of the power nodes at a time on the terminal. Start up at Chamber 2 and press the minus button. Now press the plus on Chamber 4 and it should read 0 degrees, which is where you want it. Now grab a second one from Chamber 2 and place that one on Chamber 1 to get 15 degrees.

Now move down to Chamber 3 and hit the minus button and place that one onto Chamber 1. Take the last one off of Chamber 3 and place it on Chamber 1. Chamber 3 should now read 5 degrees and Chamber 1 should read -5 degrees. Now return to Chamber 2 and hit the minus button again. Bring that over to fill up Chamber 1 and it should read -15 degrees which is where you want it. Finish it off by remove the last one from Chamber 2 and all of the containers will open. This does spawn a mini boss that you have to kill to get the sample. Don’t be afraid to use your SMG here to help get through the mini boss.

Daymare 1998 Greek Terminal Puzzle Guide

When you get to the Terminal, the first quote is Cast a light unto the darkness and there shall be no storm from which he cannot save you. The answer is this ΧΑΣΤΟΡ. Be careful because there is a normal E and two O letters.

The next quote is No matter the injury it will never end his journey. The answer is this ΠΟΛΛΥΞ. Take your time so you don’t mess it up.

Lastly, you get this one Long and perilous was the journey of the Argonauts to enter into its possession. The answer is a long one, ΓΟΛΔΕΝΦΛΕΕΧΕ. Take your time so you don’t mess this up and have to re do it. When you finish this, a new room will open up so you can get the sample you lost earlier. From there you can head down to the lower lab and get ready to escape. Right before the escape, you are locked down with a mini boss and quite a few enemies. My recommendation is to burn the sub machine on the big guy and bring him down ASAP. I took roughly a minute for them to get the shutters open so I could escape out of the area.
