She will tell you to use the Coiled Sword to proceed to the land of the Lords.
If you look at the center of the ground near the Fire Keeper you can see a bowl with some ash in it. That is where you need to use the Coiled Sword. It does have a specific spot so you might have to circle around it a bit to be able to interact with it. When the sword is finally down you can use it to teleport to Lothric.
