The thing you are looking for a crashed car near the Observatory on Al Mazrah. Here is our video to help you find it.

It is near the UAV tower in the area so you can start heading there. Watch out for enemies and players who are in the area. Also be on the look out for new supplies that you can grab while you are in the area.
