How To Add Powerful Elemental Effects To Weapons In Call Of Duty Infinite Warfare Zombies

Activate Pack-A-Punch
The first step to adding elemental effects to weapons in Infinite Warfare’s zombies is activating the Pack-A-Punch. To activate you must travel to all 3 areas, activate the electric switch, activate the portal and then travel through the portal to return to the starting area. Once all portals are activated you can enter the portal in the starting area to unlock the Pack-A-Punch room.

Arcane Core
After you have activated the Pack-A-Punch you need to purchase an Arcane Core. You can find these in the ticket booths scattered around the map, such as the one outside the entrance to Polar Peak. They cost 300 Tickets. You can get tickets completing challenges for N31L or completing games in the arcade.

Activate Elemental Trap Challenge

Once you’re inside the Pack-A-Punch room look to the left of the Pack-A-Punch machine and you should see a special jar. Hold the interact button until you hear a special noise. This opens the ability to complete the Elemental trap challenge.

Activate The Traps
Once you have activated the special jar you need to head each of the zones and check the traps. In a random order each trap will spawn a flying UFO that hovers around the trap. Locate the trap with the UFO and then activate the trap to kill zombies. You have to kill enough zombies for the UFO to stop circling the trap. This can sometimes take 3-4 activations of the trap.

Once the UFO stops circling the trap it will start to fly around the immediate vicinity. Kill zombies near the flying UFO and you’ll notice a white beam going from each zombie you kill to the UFO, absorbing their souls. Do this for a few minutes and eventually the UFO will drop a small glowing orb. Each UFO drops a different orb including elemental effects such as Fire, Lightning, Poison and Wind. Simply grab the one you want and you’re good to go.

You are not able to find the Auxiliary Battery until you have completed the first stage of the Easter Egg. Once you’ve got N31L in his new Knightrider style Kit skin you can interact with it and it tells you that you need to find an Auxiliary Battery to move on to the next stage.

As with most of the Easter Egg items in Call of Duty Infinite Warfare Zombies it doesn’t spawn until you have completed previous tasks. Once you’ve gone far enough you can search for the Auxiliary Battery. Check below for a list of possible locations where the Auxiliary Battery can spawn.

Auxiliary Battery Location #1

Opposite the Cone Lord store just past the Chromosphere ride. On top of the bin in the corner

Auxiliary Battery Location #2

This can be found on the bench near the crocodile trap. It’s on the bench on the same side as the DJ Booth.

Auxiliary Battery Location #3

Inside Polar Peak. Right near the power switch close to the entrance to the roller coast. Check the small shelves in the screenshot above.

After that you need to ensure you complete enough objectives to turn N31L’s circle in the top left fully green. Takes about 5-6 missions.

After you’ve built N31L you will need to interact with it.

How To Continue The Easter Egg

After you have all of the pieces you need to find the Pack-A-Punch and go through the Pack-A-Punch Portal. You need to activate all other portals and electric switches first. Then find the DJ and speak with him to get the Seti-Com item. Check the flying saucer stuck in the mountain in the sky during a Clown Round. It starts to flash remember that sequence of colors. And then protect the Seti-Com in those specific areas in that order.

Don’t forget that you are able to pause the current NE1L Challenge at any time if you are near N31L, just follow the on-screen prompts. This can help pause timers between challenges or waves, or useful for when a few of your allies need reviving.
