Deku Seeds come off of the Deku Scrubs that shoot them from the ground. To turn them in you must first find the Lost Woods in your game. I should mention that you need 10 Deku Seeds to get the upgrade. The map is randomized so, my map will be different from yours. Once you are there, kill the enemies and take the path down. This should lead you to this area right here.Inside of that Stump you will find a sleeping Tingle if you haven’t done the puzzle yet. We have a guide for the puzzle right here if you need a hand. When Tingle is awake, talk to him with 10 Deku Seeds and he will eat them and double your Stamina/Magic meter. If you do not have 10, then you have to speak with him a few times before he even mentions he wants Deku Seeds.
