This one is shortly after you blow the hole in the tunnel to create a shortcut. Head up onto the bridge in the next area and keep and eye out on the bottom left of it. You will see the chest down there. You need to jump down to get it.
After you find both pieces of the Saga in this area, the cache is near the train station. You can find it next to the vending machines here on the map.
The first one is the last one you will find. Progress until you get to the train and then go further into the cave. You will find a blood trail right around the second bomb area, here on the map.
