The new DLC for Borderlands 3 is filled with exciting collectibles to find, hidden, trinkets, and even a bank vault you can unlock. Once such secret is a special Good Prospects chest that is hidden away in Vestige. It’s not part of the collectibles as you can complete Vestige 100% and still not have the chest opened. It’s a reward for gathering the rest of the collectibles in The Borderlands 3 DLC update.

How To Access The Room In The Sheriffs Jail In BL3

You can interact with it and open it, which gains access to the locked room in the Sheriffs jail via a broken wall. When you first try to interact with the bookcase, it may be locked. It only becomes available to open once you have completed the main story in the Borderlands 3 DLC. You also must first complete the challenges before you can open the chest inside the Sheriffs office.

When you first arrive in Vestige, in the Bounty of Blood DLC, there are several shops that are closed. As you progress through the story completing side quests, different characters you encounter will return to town. Some of them set up shops, others simply add more items that you can loot like additional chests and driers. The bank, however, is there from the very beginning of your adventure and if you’ve already explored Vestige fully, you have likely opened the vault only to find yet another layer of security with a metal gate barring the entry to all of the loot.

How To Open Vestige Bank Vault Safe In Borderlands 3

At the end of the story, when you have completed the goal and are set to obtain your bounty, you will be given a key. At this point you can take the key to the Vestige Bank and use it to open the gate that is sitting behind the vault. I don’t want to spoil the end of the story but it’s after you defeat the antagonist and return to Vestige. You cannot miss the key, it’s immediately after you watch the credits after finishing the storyline for the DLC.

Borderlands 3 Bounty Of Blood Bloodsun Canyon Challenge Guide

Creature Feature

This one is a little tricky but it is found here on the map.

You need to warp into there and the warp point is found after you take the long elevator down. It is here on the map and down the red hallway.

Gehennas Most Wanted 1

The last bounty target is found here on the map. You will have to use a teleporter near there to acess the area.

Gehennas Most Wanted 2

The next target is found here on the map. It is a flying humanoid that is weak to fire.

Gehennas Most Wanted 3

The third bounty is found here on the map, but you’ll likely run into it first. It is a melee bandit who has a lot of hp.

Good Prospects

This is another tricky one. Here it is on the map.

Clear the room of enemies and then look at this wall. It is the one with the parts being taken inside.

Look down in the left corner and there is a little ledge near a jump pad. Drop onto the ledge and active the console inside to turn the power onto another jump pad.

Now jump back up and drop onto the second jump pad. This will warp you up to the chest and your last Prospect treasure.

Satos Cache

The cache is found here on the map and is tricky to get to.

First off you will need to jump on some boxes and hit the switch next to the door. The water is electric, so avoid it.

When the door is open, shoot the switch on the other side to stop the current and clear the water. Go inside and out of the water then shoot the switch again to get the current going.

From there look up to the upper levels to find another switch that you have to shoot. With both currents running, the door to the cache will open up.

Satos Saga 1

The first one was found here on the map. You need to drop down under the large elevator in the facility to find it.

Satos Saga 2

This one is on the roof of the facility, near the entrance you can’t enter. Instead of going to the teleport area, follow the path up to the roof to find the Saga.

The skin to win target is found outside of the facility here on the map.

The Bounty of Blood DLC update for Borderlands 3 introduces 4 huge new maps. As with previous Borderlands 3 maps, each map is home to many secrets, hidden items, and collectibles. While many of these are easy to discover, some are hidden behind secret passages or even game progression. One such blockade that will stand in your path are strange, stone-like, circular, pillars. When you approach the pillars the narrator informs you that the Relic Hunter can use this technology later, this new Company Technology, when the time is right.

How To Activate New Company Technology In Borderlands 3

At this point an NPC will give you a special item, an item that has been designed to work alongside the new company technology. Once you have been given this item and you use one of the circular pillars to travel, it will become available to use when exploring any of the areas in the Bounty of Blood DLC update for Borderlands 3.

I have been intentionally vague with the details as to avoid any spoilers in the story. You cannot miss it if you follow the main storyline, you will eventually be forced to unlock the stone pillars so don’t fret that it’s something you can miss or can avoid.

Based on the rest of the content in Borderlands 3, it’s unlikely there’s more than two outcomes. Even still, as Reaper Jones is obviously a bad guy, this could be one of the decisions that only has a single outcome. Due to the difficulty, or near impossibility, of repeating side quests, we’ve got one of the outcomes covered but hopefully that will aid you in making your decision on what to do with Mr. Jones.

Hear Jones Penance Or Meatmans Wrath In Borderlands 3

It’s the same choice again, hear his penance or show the wrath. This is likely the opportunity to choose to hear his penance if there’s even a small hope that Reaper Jones sees the error in his ways and returns to town. However, we chose to continue to show wrath. At this point, Jones becomes terrified and drops dead of a heart attack.

This may well be the outcome regardless of the choices you choose to make but hopefully this will eliminate at least one potential path that you can choose to follow or avoid entirely. If you choose a different path, let us know what happens in the comments down below.

The Of Blood and Beans side quest is available in the Obsidian Forest area. It’s a large map but the quest is very easy to come across. Once you meet Betty and Reba, you will interrupt an argument. The pair seem to have lost some tins of beans, a vital and important resource in the Obsidian Forest. They first task you with locating the missing beans, which is where the quest begins.

How To Break Green Crystals In Borderlands 3

Choose Betty, Reba, Or Destroy It In The Fire
We chose to throw the beans in the fire, destroying them. Initially both Betty and Reba are furious and will join forces to attack you. Once you defeat both of them, they agree to remain friends and follow their dream of opening a restaurant back in Vistage. You are also given an Epic weapon as a reward. This choice keeps both ladies alive, and has them return to town to open a new shop you can explore.

Borderlands 3 Bounty Of Blood Ashfall Peaks Challenge Guide

Creature Feature 1

You will need the teleport ability to get this one, which you get from the main mission. When you can teleport, head here on the map and go through the portal. On the top you will find the reel on a blue pillow.

Gehennas Most Wanted 1

Next one is found here, in the area you get to as you progress with the story mission.

The target is a big boy with a shield so be ready for a scrap.

Gehennas Most Wanted 2

The next one is found here on the map.

This is another small target but he has a lot of HP.

Gehennas Most Wanted 3

The target is found here on the map. She is an invisible sniper who moves around quite a bit. I started her on fire and she wasn’t a problem from there.

Good Prospects

This one is in the town here on the map.

There is a crystal you need to break near a water wheel that will get the wheel moving. This will reveal a target that you can shoot. I don’t know if you need to use lightning bullets or not, but I did and that opened the door. The chest is inside.

Satos Cache

After you get both the books, the cache is found here near a waterfall.

Satos Saga 1

The first part of the saga can be found here on the map. You will need the ability to bust through the crystals to access it. Progress a bit further into the story from here to unlock that skill.

Satos Saga 2

You can find the next part to the saga here on the map.

You will have to climb up so rocks to get this book.

Skin To Win

The enemy can be found here on the map.

you will need to use the jump pads to climb up to the top of the area. It is a large dinosaur that you will be fighting.

You will encounter these crystals very early in the Bounty of Blood DLC. They are scattered across the landscape, seemingly nothing more than decoration. However, as you progress through the story the importance of these special crystals becomes clear and with it, the opportunity to do what Borderlands 3 does best, blow it up.

How To Break Green Crystals In Borderlands 3

Titus is in a bit of a bind. He has been captured and he’s locked away behind a special wall, a wall pulsating with the same green crystalline structure you’ve seen on your adventures. After Titus explains his predicament of being captured and locked away, he will introduce you to some brand new company tech. Speak with Titus again and he will give you this company tech to experiment with. Then you simple melee the nearby crystal and then you can destroy the door.

Once you have completed this specific part of the story, you can then continue and break any of the green crystals you see in your path by simple approaching them and using a melee attack.
