Opportunity is the main Hyperion town in Borderlands 2. Here you will basically be destroying everything Jack built for your side quests. This guide will help you beat them all with no trouble at all. So let’s get started!

Opportunity Side Quest

AxtonThis place isn’t very large but there are a lot of enemies.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Written By The Victor

This one is pretty basic. There are I think 5 buttons you need to push and they will each give you a history lesson. Each time you hit a button some enemies will come out. Kill them and hit all the buttons to complete the quest.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Hell Hath No fury

This one is gotten from Moxxi. Basically you follow the way point to named Hyperion enemy. Kill him to get his key and then go raid his building. Grab the explosives and then go plant them at the way point. Once they blow up the water will rush in and you will have beat the quest.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Statuesque

This one is pretty long. First Claptrap asks you to destroy the statues of Jack. There are four in all. When you shoot them you find out they are bullet proof. Now he has a new plan.

Now you need to go hack a giant constructor bot. After you do that it will start to fly towards the first statue. It takes a long time to break the statue with the robot laser and enemies will be trying to stop you the whole time. You NEED to kill all the enemies before the robot will move on to the next statue. You need to keep the robot alive as well. It will take you some time to break all the statues but after you do you win. Then you can see it dance briefly.

Borderlands 2 Guide

Lynchwood is the town where Jack’s girlfriend lives. She is the sheriff of the town and seems to be just as crazy as Jack. There are quite a few side quests here and this guide will help you beat them all. So let’s get started.

Lynchwood Side Quests

Lynchwood

Alright I am going to give you all a tip I wish I had known about this place. They literally send you back and forth from the same two places multiple times. Constantly switching your quests to figure out if you can do two things at once will get you out of here MUCH quicker. Once you complete an objective switch your quest check the map and see if you are near any other way points. It should also be noted that the challenge popped up saying I hit 82/90 side quests while I was here.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – The Bane

This quest actually goes through a couple of zones but ends up in Lynchwood. Follow the way points until you finally arrive in Lynchwood. Now you need to go find someone echo recorder. Like I said be sure to check all your other quests in the area because you can do multiple around here. Once you finally get the echo recorder you have to go to the graveyard. This is of course on the other side of the map. Head over there check the grave and complete the quest. The smg is annoying and slows you way down.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – 3:10 Kaboom

Brick wants you to blow up the train that is carrying eriduim. Head over to the way point and hit the first switch. A small train will pop out and you will have to close the gate at the other switch to put a bomb in it. Once you do that head up to the detonator and wait until the small train is under the big train and blow it up. Easy enough.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Breaking The Bank

Brick also wants you to rob the bank of Lynchwood. Go to the door and try to enter. Right like it would be that easy. You need to get a laxative first. It is up on the roof of the pharmacy. Use the roof on the other side to jump across and get it.Now you need to go find a named bandit and kill him. He of course is surrounded by other bandits so be ready for a fight. Kill him and grab the quest item. Now head over to the next way point and place the bomb and the laxative. A small skag will come out and eat it. You need to wait for him to drop a pile then you break it for the bomb. Mine was quick like within 10 seconds. Now go back to the bank and set the bomb. Once it blows enemies will start spawning and you need to kill them. Beat them all and the collect the money. Once you have the money head to the next way point and Brick will want you to hide the money. They are at three different way points. Other then the Sheriff’s posse attacking you it is pretty easy. I just used my rocket launcher on them. Bury all the money and you are done.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Animal Rescue Mission

There are three quests from the small hurt skag. The first one has you getting him back to health.Go to the way point to get the medicine. You will need to go up on the other building and jump over to get to the quest item. Head back and give it to the skag. Now you will need to get his food. Go to the way points and grab the dead skags. Bring it back and drop it in the shoot and he will eat them and come out bigger. Turn it in and you can start the next part.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Animal Rescue Food

Now if you had this quest during the bank robbery quest you would have easily finished it. You need to get 5 skag tongues and the only skags I could get them off was the armored ones. Yet again I used my rocket launcher and finished this part no problem. If you haven’t done the DLC arena that came with the pre-order you really should. That rocket launcher is OP.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Animal Rescue Shelter

The last part of this chain quest is clearing out a mine for the skag. Follow him to the mine and head down. You will have to kill about 10 tunnel rats down there and then you beat the quest. Easy enough.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Showdown

Finally you get to kill the sheriff. There is an optional objective to kill her with a pistol but this place had me so annoyed I just killed her with the rocket launcher. You need to avoid killing the deputy until after you kill her though.I went up and onto the building near where they spawn. I was looking down at all of them and they didn’t even notice me. I saw the Sheriff alone and I used two rockets and ended her. Once the quest said complete I killed the deputy and the others.

Thousand Cuts is the area where you meet up with Brick. After you get through the story quest here he will go back to Sanctuary. From there you can get some side quests for the area. Use this guide to complete them all!

Thousand Cuts Side Quest

Brick

This place isn’t very large but you still shouldn’t skip it.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Defend Slab Tower

All you have to do here is defend the way point. You get three flags that drop certain reinforcements. It really doesn’t matter where you place them because at the end they all joined the fight for me. You can use the turret if you want but it was weaker then my guns so I did not.You will be fighting robots. At first just small weak ones and as you progress they will get stronger and stronger. I didn’t have any trouble with the bots but I didn’t notice that a Goliath had upgraded because he killed like 7 guys. He starts off on your side but once he upgrades he will attack you so be ready for that. At the end you will have to deal with two badass bots. If you have a corrosive weapon it will bring them down quick. Just make sure they do not reach the way point.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Shoot This Guy In The Face

You should see a ! on the map once you arrive here again. It is just a psycho jumping up and down asking to be shot in the face. Accept his quest and do just that and you win. Easy enough. I am not sure what happens if you miss.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Poetic License

You need to talk to Scooter before you can do this quest. Once you get the camera warp to Thousand Cuts and head to the way points. The first one is the magazine. The next three are the things you need to take pictures of. When I took a picture of the first thing a one armed bandit came out and I had to kill him. Other then that nothing tried to stop me.Once you finish return to Scooter. Then you need to bring it to Daisy and listen to it. After that prepare for the trollfest and return to Scooter.

Borderlands 2 Guide

The Hyperion Exploitation Preserve is a smaller area but it still has a couple of side quests to do. You cannot start them until after you do the story mission through here and I won’t spoil that. This guide will help you get them done in no time at all! So let’s get started!

Hyperion Exploitation Preserve Side Quest

Quick note – Both quests can be done together so switch up the active one to make sure you don’t miss the echo recorders along the way.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Animal Rights

This quest is from Mordecai once he arrives in Sanctuary. He wants you to free some animals and help them kill the people who captured them. There are three sets of animals to save and keeping 7 animals alive will get you the bonus objective. Make the quest active and head for the first way point. Each animal set will have a larger higher level one in it. All of the animals will help you fight off the animal handlers.First you will save some stalkers. Open the cage and some animal handlers will spawn to try to stop you. You and the stalkers can fight off the handlers no problems. Remember to try to keep the animals alive! I got 4 animals saved here.

Next are the Skags. Do the same thing and if you saved enough you can finish the 8 here. Now before you go any further turn around and go through the large door marked Hyperion. Here is the pre-order arena and 5 side quests. I did them here but you can come back later if you want. The last one is a bad ass stalker. This one was the easiest for me because the stalker WRECKED the enemies. When I did this quest it was trivial to me so it was pretty much a joke. After this go back to Sanctuary and turn it in.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Creature Slaughter 1-5

This is just an arena and like I said it was near the Skag release on the last quest. Make sure you are the right level because they will send waves of enemies at you. I can’t really help you with it because the enemies are random. Make sure to bring a rocket launcher or something that hits heavy though!Winning will net you a blue rocket launcher.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Doctor’s Orders

This one is also got in Sanctuary from Dr. Tannis. She wants you to find some echo recorders throughout the area. They are all marked by way points so they are easy to find. If it isn’t out in the open just look for a switch to open a door or crate. Grab all four and you can go turn it back in at Dr. Tannis. That will end the Borderlands 2 Hyperion Exploration Preserve Side Quest Guide. Check back soon for more guides!

The Fridge Side Quests

Hey yall Its Scooter!

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – The Cold Shoulder

This quest is got from Scooter in Sanctuary. Warp yourself to the Fridge and the first part of the quest is right through the big metal door. The first objective is to find the girl mags. Pretty simple go to the first objective marker and clear out the enemies. Inside the broken cars in the way point you can find all three magazines. Now you need to collect the flowers. Head to the next way point and drop down the the area with the cystalisks. Here you need to find 5 flowers. They stand out in the snow and have red stalks.

After you get the 5 flowers you need to get some food. Head over to the way point to find a pizza van. Four of the pieces of pizza are simple and around the van. The other one is across a little gap from the van. If you go onto the broken wall next to the van and look on the opposite side on some more cement looking pieces you can see it. You need to go around and drop off from the bridge up top.Head to the last way point and be ready for a fight. Place the pizza and the flowers and she will pop out. I tossed my turret and used a couple grenades on her. Shortly after that a bunch of runts started swarming me. I dropped so quick and out of no where. After that I pulled out my rocket launcher and kill her in a shot. Head back to Scooter to turn it in.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Swallowed Hole

This is also from Scooter. Follow the way point into a stalker cave. You will see an invisible one that looks like he is of the lightning element. He will run very quickly to a new way point.Run or fight over to the next way point and you have to kill the stalker. Do it with a electricity gun to get the bonus objective completed. If not just bring him down he actually hurts quite a bit. Break his shields so you can see him and use a rocket on him to kill him quick. After that Shorty will spawn. Now you need to kill him. I used my rocket on him as well and ended him in a shot. After that head back out to Scooter to turn in.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Not For Self-Person

This quest is off a Goliath mob. While I was working my way over to the previous quest I ran into him. He yelled so I looked back and kill him. He then dropped an echo recorder. The new objective is to find the weapons cache and kill 10 midgets. Just follow the way point to the bandit area. Head inside and I think it is called the rat maze or something like that. You need to FIGHT your way through the maze to the way point. Thankfully midgets come so they will help you beat the quest. If you run you will get swarmed so just fight them.

Once you get towards the chest there will be a ton more rats to fight. If you don’t have the 10 midgets wait until you do. After I got my ten I made a break for the chest and smashed the ice off it and opened it. Then you complete the quest. If you want to fight your way through go ahead. If you keep going you will actually fight Rakkman and he will drop a orange pistol. Yes he acts like batman.

That will end The Fridge Side Quest guide. Anyone else glad to be out of that zone? Check back soon for more guides!

Borderlands 2 Guide

The Dust is the area with the race track in Borderlands 2. Not only that but there is a gang war going on our here and you can take part in it. Follow this guide so you don’t miss any quests! Let’s get started!

The Dust Side Quests

Pew Pew

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Clan War: Starting The War

This quest is acquired in Sanctuary. You need to fast travel to The Dust and talk to Ellie. She will ask you to get some dynamite. Now you need to go place the dynamite at the way point. Once it blows up go up to the tire and put the emblem on it. Now you need to go to Overlook and break the distillery. Set the bomb and wait for it to blow. Once it does you beat the quest.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Clan War: The First Place

You get this one from Mick and he wants you to mess with the race track. Follow him downstairs and grab the dynamite. Now warp to The Dust.Take a care and head to the way point. Set all the dynamite and go to the detonator. Wait for all three cars to be on the bridge then blow it up to get them all in on explosion. If you miss one you will have to hunt it down and kill it.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – The Good, The Bad, and the Mordecai

This quest is from Mordecai after you do the story quest with Bloodwing. Basically Mordecai won a chest of loot and a bandit took it. If you find and kill him you can have the loot. You need to get a car and make a jump into his camp. If you go to the way point from down below you can follow the ridge to the point you jump in. You need to drive up the rock on the opposite side and towards the end hit the boost. Once you make the jump you will be in the right camp. Fight your way to the way point and you will find out that Carson was kidnapped. Now you need to find him.Follow the way point to Friendship Gulag. Here at the back is the jail for Carson.

You can fight your way through or just run like I did. once you make it to the cage break the bars off and grab the quest item. After that run back out to The Dust. Now go to the garage. Follow the path behind the garage to the way point. Once there kill the two guys who spawn and open the chest to get your loot and complete the quest.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Rakkaholics Anonymous

You get this one from Sanctuary and Mordecai. Head to The Dust and follow the way point on the road. It will be a moonshine truck. Follow and shoot the truck until all the barrels you need fall off. You can collect them in your truck. You then get a choice to turn into Moxxi or Mordecai. Mordecai is a sniper rifle and Moxxi is a revolver. Personal preference here.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Clan War – Reach The Dead Drop

Really simple one. Go to the raceway and get the quest after you do the starting the war one. After you get the quest teleport to Overlook. From there for into the bar and go upstairs and turn the quest in.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Clan War: End Of the Rainbow

You get this from the dead drop location in Overlook. You need to head down stairs and follow a leprechaun. Don’t get to close. He will stay on the minimap the whole time so keep a good distance until you get all the way through the cave. Once you hit the drop in the cave(not the drop from the bar) then you have to fight him. He has more hp then a normal bandit but he’s still easy. Kill him, grab the key and loot the place. Easy money.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Clan War: Trailer Trashing

After you turn in End of the Rainbow this quest becomes unlocked. Look on your map after Mick contacts you and you can see the !. Head to it and get the quest. The bonus is to attack them at night. I was lucky and it was night when I got the quest. You can wait for night if you want or not you can still beat the quest without doing the bonus.Once you arrive you will need to activate all the propane tanks. If you have a fire weapon you can light them up with that if not the quest will give you one. I had them all ready to be shot before I started shooting. After you break a couple of bandits will start to pop out. I ignored them and completed the mission and ran out. If you want to kill them go for it.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Clean War: Wakey Wakey

After the Trailer Trashing quest this one becomes available. Go back to the Hoodunk quest giver and he will tell you to go to Moxxi’s Bar. Go to the garage and teleport there.Buy three drinks from Moxxi and you can enter the wake.Teleport to Overlook. Go inside and look for a large group of them. Take out a rocket launcher if you have one and kill as many as you can right away. If not use a few grenades. After that use your special and clean out the rest of them. If you have trouble go up the stairs and camp until they come to you. It’s pretty easy quest and Mick is not there. Go turn in for the next one.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Clan War: Zafords Vs Hodunks

Now you get to pick a side and kill the other side. I just rolled up with my truck and took down the Hodunks. It should be noted that when I killed the Midget on the Hodunk bosses back the quest glitched and I couldn’t kill him. So be sure to kill the big boss guy and leave the midget on his back alive.Siding with the Zafords will get you a SMG and the Hodunks gets you a shotgun.

That will end the Borderlands 2 The Dust side quest guide. Check back soon for updates!

The Caustic Caverns open up after Sanctuary is moved. You need to fight your way through the Sanctuary hole in order to get to the zone. Here there are a few side quests to be done. So let’s get started.

Caustic Caverns Side Quests

Borderlands 2 Big Blue

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Safe And Sound

This quest is gotten from Marcus in Sanctuary. He wants you to find his safe and kill 25 bandits along the way. The bandits are the easy part.Head to the Sanctuary Hole and start fighting bandits. As you progress through the area you will see the safe fall and Marcus will ask you to retrieve it. Now it is in Caustic Cavern. You need to get to the end of this area in order to get to the Caustic Caverns. Kill the 25 bandits along the way.Once in the Caustic Caverns follow the way point.

Once you get there a boss named Blue will pop up. His weak spot is the blue crystals. I used my rocket launcher and finished him really quick. Open the chest and get the pictures of Moxi. Now you get a choice to turn it into Marcus or Moxi. Marcus will give you a relic(mine gave increased shop timer limits) or give it to Moxi and you will get a shotgun. I took the shotgun because the relic was pretty bad.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Perfectly Peaceful

You can get this quest in Sanctuary. You need to find four quest items then bring them back to beat the quest. There are three side objectives.First one is to kill Cystalisks. This is easy you can crit them by shooting the crystals in their legs. They can be found by the acid pits.Next is to kill some Threshers. There are more than enough of these around so you don’t have to hunt for them.Lastly is Spiderants. You can see them towards the last quest item. There nests are giant white bee hive looking things. Kill them BEFORE you get the last quest item or it won’t count. After that you can turn it in back at Sanctuary.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Minecraft Mischief

This quest can be found while looking for the quest items for Perfectly Peaceful. You will have to push a mine cart to a crusher. Get behind the cart and go forward for it to move. Once it gets to a gate you will have to open the gate and push it through. The switches can be found next tot he door.If you start to get overwhelmed by enemies then stop for a moment and fight them off. If it is going easy for you then you can push right on through.Once it gets tot he crusher you will have to wait until it breaks and grab the eridium. After that you can turn in the quest right there.

That will end the Caustic Caverns side quest guide. Check back soon for more guides!

Borderlands 2 Guide

After Jack attacks Sanctuary your quest will lead to the Highlands. There are a few more side quests here and a tiny village. This guide will help you find them all and beat them in no time at all. So let’s get started!

The Highlands Side Quest

Borderlands 2 Mordecai

This place is kind of large and has an annoying enemy that can stealth. Still the side quests are important if you want to beat the game.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Arms Dealing

At the Overlook quest board you can pick this one up from Zed. This is a timed snatch and return quest. If you have any hope of beating this you need to have a car ready to go before you get the first arm. Once you are ready grab the first arm and get to the car. Now head to the loner down south. They are all south but three are near each other. Keep going until you hit the beach. Stay on the beach because it is below the cliff. Jump out and climb the ladder up to get the arm. Jump down until the dock and run back to your car.Now head to the three grouped up. The one that is closest is guarded by exploding bots. Head up the beach and towards the river. Take the road next to the river right to the place with the mail box. You need to lure one out and let it blow then grab it.

I died from one here and had to start the quest over because of it. Back in the car and head up the mountain. Up at the top if the next mailbox. It is protected by two flame bots. I used my special to clear them out and grab the arm. If you just try to run you will likely die so just finish them as quick as you can.Get back into the car and head back down and around to the last arm. This one is on a house that leads right into a stalker den. You can either jump from the side onto the house or go around in the cave and up the side. Once you get up to the mail box grab the arm. Then take the boxes on the left back up and get to you car.Now drive back and complete the quest. OR the easier way assuming you just failed. Leave your car in the area with the three quests. If you can remember where the first exploding bot mail box was then park it out there.

Then head back to Overlook and restart the quest.Grab the first arm and go to the catch a ride. From there teleport to your car out near the arm. Now you will have way more than enough time to collect all the arms. Each one also grants you additional time so it is easy. If you think you won’t make it back in time then no problem. Just die and you will be put at a travel point(I was at least) and you can teleport right back to Overlook. Pretty simple.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Stalker Of The Stalkers

This one is much easier than the last quest. There is a bonus objective to kill 15 stalkers but the main quest is to collect chapters from a book. They are in the stalker pink piles on the ground. There are a few locations marked on the map but you can go anywhere stalkers are at and collect the chapters. I went to the two closest ones to Overlook. I was able to find all 5 chapters in the different stalker sacs on the ground. Now killing 15 would be a bit annoying but I just sat in the car with the rocket launcher and the machine gun on front. I was able to mow them down with no problem at all. If you don’t get 15 in the two areas just travels towards another way point. Keep an eye out though because you can likely find them before you get to the way points.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Best Mothers Day Ever

While you were out doing the Arms Deal quest you may have noticed another ! point. If you go back to where the arm was guarded by the flame bots then you can find this quest. It is a special gift for you if you can beat the stalkers. Grab the quest and teleport back to Overlook. Now grab a truck and hope down into the hunting grounds. You need to kill the little minions first which is easy. Keep moving so you don’t take much damage in the car. After you kill the little ones the boss one will appear. I was able to kill him and keep the truck alive because I kept moving and dodging his attacks. IF you start on fire then you should get out and finish him on foot. If you die he will regen his hp and the adds will come back so be smart.

Thresher

After The Wildife Preserve

More quests become available after you go through the Hyperion Wildlife Exploitation Preserve.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Hidden Journals

This is from Dr. Tannis. She wants you to collect 4 of her echo recorders. This can be done while doing the other side quests for the town of Overlook. Just go to each way point. They are kind of tricky so I will give brief descriptions so you can get them. One is inside a crane that has a broken door. You can see the pink sacs near it. Shoot the sacs and the back wall will open.In the Hyperion base you will have to go all the way around and up. Once you get there look above the electric fence to see the fuse box.

Shoot it and you can go in.Under the bridge you will have to walk on the small beams. Then you will have to jump to the next one and go into the shack through the open door. Be sure the Threshers are not hitting you or you won’t make the jump. The last one is in a boat. As you walk towards it you will get the ! ! ! warning since a turret will be aiming at you. Go grab it and back out quickly to avoid being shot.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – The Overlooked Medicine Man

This one is for the town of Overlook. You will need to go up the tower and get the battery for the medical machine. Once you get that drop down and power up the machine and buy the first quest item. Next one is guarded by some robots and a merchant. You can take them out with the car if you have any trouble with it. Kill them all and then buy the next quest item. The last one is near a bunch of threshers. If you are on the level of the quest clear out all the enemies first then open the door. Once you open the door more of the threshers will appear. The door opens slow but once it is open grab the medicine and head back to complete the quest.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Shields Up

This one is very easy. You need to get 5 shields and drop them into the way point then collect the items that come out. You can buy them from the Zed machine or if you have them you can drop them in. Go to the opposite side and face the grinder the long way so when you drop the shields they don’t just fall over the edge. Grab the items that pop out and turn them in.

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – This Is Only A Test

You need to head into the Hyperion base for this one. Be warned that right at the gate there are two Hyperion turrets you will need to deal with. In order to reach the base go through the tunnel right outside Overlook and cross the river. From there you can see the entrance and drive over.Once inside you need to fight your way to the mortar and defend yourself while the quest updates. Enjoy shooting the town then once the quest is finished clear out!

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – Slap Happy

Head to the way point and place the arm on the bait stand. Watch as a giant Thresher appears! Use a rocket launcher to kill it in one shot. That’s what I did anyways. Be sure to avoid the tentacles. That will end the The Highlands Side Quest guide. Check back soon for more guides!

Borderlands 2 Guide: Get Eridium Fast Guide

Eridium is one of the most sought after currency on Pandora in Borderlands 2. You can use Eridium to buy upgrades for all of your weapons, banks and backpack that you used to have to buy with money in the original Borderlands. There is nothing more rewarding than having a seamlessly infinite supply of ammo and picking up Eridium will help you achieve that feeling. Also, with more backpack space you will be able to stay out in the fields of Pandora for much longer. This guide will go over how to get Eridium fast in Borderlands 2 and is accompanied by a short video that is below. Make sure to check out our YouTube page for more awesome sauce in, and around, Borderlands 2.

The first way to get a lot of Eridium fast is by killing Badass enemies. Every map area has different badass enemies laying around. Finding a rout for these badies can get you a lot of Eridium pretty quickly. Farming regular enemies will get you some Eridium on the way, but the badasses drop it more often and in higher amounts.

A second good way to get a lot of Eridium quickly is by playing with a ton of friends. When you play co-op with three other people the drop rate for everything goes up including Eridium. Even if you don’t have some buddies around you can always connect and play online, if you can deal with randoms! Anyway to get a boost in the drop stat will help you in the long run.

The last way that can gain a ton of Eridium fast is through the slot machines in Moxxxi’s Bar in Sanctuary. At first I didn’t realize how many great things you can get from these slot machines. If you have around $10,000 in game, which does not take long to rack up cash after level 10 or so, you can get a ton of Eridium fast. Spending about $5,000 I racked up almost 35 Eridium including the big jackpot I got in the video above. Now the slot machines are a bet so be careful. But if you have a lot of cash to blow, especially in the earlier levels, this option might be worth a try.

That will end our Borderlands 2 guide on getting Eridium fast. We hope that this guide helped you out. If you come across a better way to pick up Eridium make sure to leave a comment in the comment section below. Borderlands 2 Guide Sanctuary Vault Symbols Location
Sanctuary is one of the town hubs that you come across very early in the Borderlands 2 Campaign. All of your favorite characters are there along with 5 Vault Symbols to be found. Finding the Vault Symbols will give you more badass tokens to help upgrade all of your characters in Borderlands 2. With more tokens all of your characters will become stronger so it is important to find all of the vault symbols in Borderlands 2. This Sanctuary vault symbol location guide will go over all 5 locations including how to get to each point. There will be a video directly below that also shows a little more detail. Paired together these guides will be a powerful tool in collecting all of the Vault Symbols in Borderlands 2. Let’s get started!

Vault Symbol 1 in Sanctuary:
The first symbol we picked up in Sanctuary is located just outside Marcus’s Gun Shop. Check out the ally just before going into the shop that is to the left of the entrance. Behind the dumpster there will be a decent sized Vault Symbol to be discovered.

Vault Symbol 2 in Sanctuary:
The second symbol in Sanctuary is also located by Marcus’s Gun Shop. Look for a bench that is just outside the entrance of the shop. Jump on the bench and then jump on top of the overhang that is sticking out from the roof. From this overhang you can walk on top of the roof it is attached on to. Turn from that roof to look across the street and you will see a mattress on a opposite roof. Jump over to this mattress and then use that mattress to jump onto the roof to the left if you are looking away from Marcus’s Gun Shop. From the top of this roof you will be able to see a balcony on the other side of the roof. Drop down and there will be a small symbol on the door.

Vault Symbol 3 in Sanctuary:
The third symbol in Sanctuary in our video that we grabbed is just outside Moxxxi’s Bar. Head over to the bar and look at the front big sign. If you are looking at the sign follow the wall to the right of the large Moxxxi sign. On a small outset piece of concrete that is a side of the door will have a small symbol to discover. Check in between 1:37 – 1:47 because this one is kind of hard to explain exactly where it is.

Vault Symbol 4 in Sanctuary:
The fourth symbol in Sanctuary is located inside of Scooter’s Garage. Head over to Scooter’s Garage through the big garage door. Once in there look at Scooter’s dumb face (at least i think it’s dumb). There should be a set of stairs behind and to the right of him. Under the stairs Will be a decent stack of tires. If you look on the other side of the tires, in the corner of the room, is a small vault symbol. Pick it up and get ready to move on to the last Vault Symbol!

Vault Symbol 5 in Sanctuary:
The fifth and last symbol is located on a roof in the middle of town. While in the middle of town you can see a large vault symbol flag on top of one of the roofs. Look around for a stack of tires in the middle of town by an overhang like the one you jumped on for the first vault symbol. Jump from the tires to the overhang. Once you made it there jump on top of the attached roof. From the roof jump onto the thing that looks like a chimney. From the Chimney jump on top to the adjacent roof. From this roof there will be a rounded shaped roof that looks very steep but you can actually jump on to it.

Once you are on top of the big rounded roof you will be able to jump onto the roof next to the vault symbol flag. Once you make it over to this roof there will be another chimney looking thing that you can jump on to. Jump over to the roof and there will be little area with some money boxes and the vault symbol on the ground bellow the flag. Grab the symbol, but if the written text here didn’t help enough make sure to check out 2:12 for the full jump pattern.
