The bunker is a special locked door near the start of the game. You can miss it entirely and not be able to return. If you want to get in, check out our guide on how to get into the bunker. Once inside, there are two potential story segments here. There’s a document you can read, and a radio.

How To Open Bunker In Blair Witch (Game)

The radio appears to be missing power. However, you cannot use any nearby fuses or other items to power the radio. In fact, you cannot use the radio unless you complete the game. Later in the game Ellis can find a 12v Battery, it’s tough to miss. Once found, the battery enters you inventory but it’s useless for the rest of the game.

When you start a new game and open the bunker. You will be able to use the battery Ellis found in the previous game to activate the radio inside.

Need the code to unlock the Bunker in the new horror game? This guide on How To Open Bunker In Blair Witch (Game) will walk you through the process you must complete in order to get the clue that allows you to learn of the combination so that you can open the Bunker door.

You find the Bunker very early in the game but it is locked by a special lock. There’s only a couple of these in the game. It may be possible to guess the combination but that’s a lot of guessing, instead, simply find the clue that gives you the combination.

If you want the full solution, read down below. Otherwise do the following:

  • Move the 1st lock to space #2
  • Second lock stays at space #1
  • Third lock stays at space #1
  • Move the final lock to space #3

How To Open Bunker In Blair Witch (Game)

Continue with the story. You’ll have to find the Sheriffs truck the first time around, the white tree, the log that blocks the passage. Eventually you’ll meet the Sheriff at the White Tree. A short while after this, you’ll find the truck again, except this time it’s not rusted away.

There’s a Fuse Puzzle here but don’t worry about that. Get into the car, try to turn it on. When you can’t, flip the lever to open the hood. Attach the wire to the battery.

Get into the vehicle and press the left button on the radio. This will start a game show segment on the radio with Presenter. Listen to the entire broadcast. At the end, you will get a text message showing the code. If you get the message with the film critic, talking about Blair Witch 2, press again until you get the right one.

There is a radio inside. You can’t do anything with it unless you complete the game. For more details, check out our how to use the radio in the bunker guide.

This is not an optional puzzle. Shortly after you speak with the Sheriff at the White Tree, you’ll discover his vehicle in the woods alongside a note asking you to turn on the lights. When you first attempt to turn on the lights, you discover there is no power. Head out of the truck, link up the battery under the hood, then return to the vehicles interior and activate the fuse box below the steering wheel.

Warning: If you solve this puzzle instantly, you will not be able to enter the Bunker on this save. If you want to enter the Bunker first, check out our guide on how to get into the bunker.

Blair Witch (Game) Fuse Puzzle Guide

  • There are 2 blown fuses in 5 and 7, both have blackened glass. Take them both out of the fuse box.
  • Place a 15 Amp Fuse in 1 and a 10 Amp Fuse in 2
  • Another 15 Amp Fuse in 3, followed by a 10 Amp Fuse in 4
  • Finally, take the 20 Amp Fuse in from 6 and place it into 7

Simply follow those steps and you’ll find enough power to turn on the lights and solve the fuse puzzle in the Sheriff’s truck.

This guide is for the puzzle at the Sawmill. You arrive shortly after finding a cart you can use so you can traverse the tracks. When you first arrive you are at Camp A. In Camp A is a red tape, play the red tape. Stop the tape at around 45 seconds so you can enter the shed at Camp A. That’s it here, for now.

From Camp A follow the track next to the log that’s blocking your way. This will take you to the Maintenance Shed. Part of the shed has been destroyed, blocking your passage. There is a small hole in the side of the shed but that’s useless. You must walk around to the back of the shed and look through the window. You will see a small pressure gauge on the floor. Look at it and you will be able to command Bullet to fetch it for you.


Once you have the Pressure Gauge, return to the tracks and continue to Camp B. Once you arrive at Camp B follow the dirt path through the broken logs and branches up to the top. At the top is a large, fallen log that you can use to walk across and reach the Steam Donkey. You will find the turning wheel you require still attached on one side of the Steam Donkey.

Return to Camp A and back to the first Steam Donkey. Add the Pressure Valve and the turning wheel. Make sure that the Red Tape for this area is stopped at approximately 00:13, this will cause the fire to light. Then, using the turning wheel, make sure the pressure remains in the green until the log is move.

That’s how you solve the Sawmill Puzzle in Blair Witch.

Red Tapes you discover allow you to shape reality. This Blair Witch (Game) Red Tapes Camera Clues Guide quickly breaks down each of the clue puzzle sections that involve red tapes you can discover, telling you how to quickly solve the puzzle and move on.

Whenever you find a Red Tape put it into your camera recorder. It plays a small scene. During the scene specific events that manipulate your immediate environment. You need to identify and isolate these specific points in order to complete the clues for the Red Tape and move on.

Blair Witch (Game) Red Tapes Camera Clues Guide

Red Tape #1 – Clue
This Red Tape is the first you find, at the camp. You need to stop the tape at around 0:05 seconds so that the toy police car appears on the floor.

Red Tape #2 – Breadcrumb Trail
Bullet helps you find this after you discover the Bunker. Stop the footage at approximately 00:11, when the kid drops the baseball on the floor. You’ll then be able to find the baseball on the floor outside the bunker.

Red Tape #3 – Breadcrumb Trail
A short while after the bunker you will come across a fallen tree blocking your path. Checking the same video, stop it at approximately 00:02 while standing near the tree and it will disappear.

Red Tape #4 – The Amicicide
This is where you witness the murder. You want to stop the video around 00:13, before the killer picks up the shovel. You can then find the shovel in reality and show it to Bullet.

Red Tape #5 – The Burial
You need to stop this tape around 00:12, just before he pushes down the rock. Not far from the camp, you’ll find the rock standing.

Red Tape #6 – The Machine
This is the one at the Camps before the Sawmill. Firstly, stop the tape at around 45 seconds so you can enter the shed at Camp A. After you have all the parts for the puzzle and you return to Camp A, stop the video after the fire is started. If you need more help with this area, check out our Blair Witch Sawmill Puzzle guide.

Red Tape #7- The Chase
Once you arrive at the Sawmill you’ll find a tape on a table inside. Play the tape until around the 00:25 second mark. This opens both the exterior door to the larger building and the interior door where the victim runs to hide.

Red Tape #8- The Ruin
Once you’ve found the door with the symbol on the front, stop the tape at 00:19. Much later in the house, you will need to use it again to clear debris. It’s an easy spot, you can’t miss it.
