How To Unlock The Metal Smelter In LEGO Fortnite

First, you’ll need to find caves in the desert area. You’ll be needing to find Brightcore in these caves. Be warned: There is not always a 100% guarantee that it’ll be there. Make sure to bring heat resistance!

They can be found near lava and are bright orange things. See what they look like with the Brightcore image below:

Once done, you’ll unlock the recipe for the Metal Smelter. You’ll also need Blast Cores to build the Metal Smelter – these can be found from the rollers in each cave. These are fairly rare, so be sure to check multiple caves – it took us four caves.

Come back to your base with that and some obsidian, and you can Unlock The Metal Smelter In LEGO Fortnite!
