FOAMSTARS Launching February 6 on PlayStation Plus

A new online 4v4 foam party shooter, Square Enix’s FOAMSTARS will come out globally for PlayStation consoles – and on the PlayStation Plus service – February 6.

FOAMSTARS will be included in the PlayStation Plus monthly game lineup from Februayr 6 to March 4. All those that redeem the title during this period will be able to keep the game in their PlayStation Plus library during the duration of their subscription period. Meanwhile, on March 5, 2024, FOAMSTARS will be available for £24.99 via the PlayStation Store and will require a PlayStation Plus subscription.

Set in “Bath Vegas,” FOAMSTARS will have players competing in PvP and PvE battles with support for up to eight players (four vs. four, solo, or co-op as a Squad with three teammates).

At launch, there will be three PvP game modes, Foamstar and Squad PvE Missions, and a range of Anytime, Limited-Time, and Weekly Challenges. Six characters will also be are immediately available, with Mel T unlockable as a season pass achievement and The Baristador unlockable as an Anytime Challenge reward.

Meanwhile, every character will have extensive customization options, including Character Skins, Digital Stickers, Slide Boards and Foam Gun Skins.
