Blue cases in Astral Chain are basically the side quests of the game. Some of these are easy to find and others can easily be missed. check out this Astral Chain blue case guide to find and complete them all.
After you complete your training with Jin you have to go back up to the Roof again. After the cut scene there, speak to the doctor with the blue circle over him on that floor. He will ask you to drop off some medicine at another doctor on the second floor. Go down to B2 and he can be found right outside the elevator.
During your second mission, right after beating the large handed Chimera, open the map and you will see two blue circles on the map. This sketchy dude is one of those circles. Follow him, listen to him with your Legion, then wrap him up with your chain to arrest him.
This is the second side mission in the second level. Two guys are fighting and you need to wrap them up in your chain to stop them. Do that and you will complete the case.
When you go out on your next mission with Akira, you will run into a robot arm freaking out. You are introduced to the slash mechanic with your Legion here. You need to look up at the yellow line, make sure Iris is on, and use L and ZR to slice the line.
While looking for clues you will find a man who talks about the art around the area. He wants to see the artist while he is working if you can find him. The artist is found behind the quiz kids and when you talk to him he will run. When he goes down the ladder, roll off the edge and then wrap him up when he comes down.
They don’t have anymore info, but you can still get another quest from them. You have to keep track of the first kid as he runs around with the others. He ended up in the fourth spot for me.
The last side quest in the area. The officer has got his drone stuck up in some pipes. All you have to do is look up, press ZR, and your Legion will grab it. You will also get another clue for the crime from the drone.
While following the Chimera tracks you will enter a hall with a red lock on a door. If you interact with the door a man will tell you he is locked inside. Slice is open with your Legion to free him, L + ZR.
After returning from the Astral Plane there will be a gate you have to close, it is where the Drone officer was. Use your Legion to slice is up until it breaks.
