This one can be tricky to locate. It’s inside a Golden Chest in The Strand. It looks like it’s in a huge house but if you use your Eagle Vision when you’re close, you’ll see it’s below ground level. There is a fountain very close by. From the fountain travel a short distance to the South East. There’s a small staircase leading down into the sewers. Work your way through to find the Golden Chest.
